The administrative staff have no etiquettes and empathy. Though the doctor appears to be sensible, the reception and administrative staff are useless. Too much of delay in scanning and sharing the reports. Management should train their staff properly and review their service turnaround time.

Administration staff is very bad specially Male, Such a worst and arrogant behaviour, talking very rude and nonsense, involved unnecessarily.
Dr. Swaroopa mam, small suggestion, if you can't take the action you may loose the reputation.

Double tifa scan they are taken 3 hours time then after reports will come 1 hour so how pregnant lady’s sitting lot of time…?

The Dr. Swarupa is very good at understanding patients need. She is very cool and will allow us to know well during scan... Pregnant women -'TIFFA scan' u must Choose this centre. She has explained clearerly about baby, will give us sufficient time for us.
The only bad we felt is Very bad response... The receivers are too young to understand patience helpless condition. They are not fit to treat patients... Appointments are not that easy here, we have to take 2days before only.
