I took my car to Driven Diagnostics because I saw great reviews online. Unfortunately I was not quite as satisfied as others seemed to be. I brought my car in for a pre-trip inspection and got an extremely high quote for the fixes. I decided to get a second opinion from a different auto repair shop and got a quote that was less than half as much as what Driven Diagnostics quoted. Not only that, Driven Diagnostics gave me false information about what was wrong with my car. I'm not exactly sure whether it was an honest mistake or if they were being dishonest to get more money from me. Very kind staff, but I do not recommend taking your car there.

Had a great experience with the team at DD. We were in a bind on a road trip and needed new brakes for my sprinter van. They got us in right away and did a great job communicating what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. Luckily they were able to get the parts and get us back on the road by about mid day. I did see some parts for a slightly less if I were to have ordered them online, but given the bind we were in overall the guys were great.
I’d recommend them. The waiting area was neat and clean and wifi was great. They even paid for an Uber to take us to downtown and back once the van was finished.
