I went there for a second ultra sound appointment in two weeks. The previous time I thought the sonographer (short south Asian lady with hijab and glasses) was cold, unprofessional and rude so when I booked my new appointment I specifically asked to get someone else to which they agreed. I got to my appointment and realized it would be the same person. The lady this time was extremely rude, she was yelling because I happened to be on the phone when she called me inside. I was literally ending the call immediately after she called me in and she could hear me yet she decided to be disrespectful and yell telling me to get off the phone. She then refused to do my ultrasound and there was no one else available so just wasted my time even going there. I’m DONE with this place! Horrible, horrible service. Believe the other negative reviews.

Extremely bad service and horrible customer service at the reception desk. I had an appointment and they took the requisition form on the day of booking the appointment. On the appointment day, they were asking were is your requisition form, I said you have already taken it. They lost the file and searching for it and asking where is your form. They were behaving as if it was my fault. So hilarious. Their staff need seriously an extensive customer service training, be trained or replaced. I wouldn’t book any appointment in the future there. Always angry and confused faces on the front desk. At the same day three patients had argument with them. If there exists really any manager who takes complaints seriously, and who really respects patients , they should talk to staff at the front desk.

Inconsiderate.
Made me wait for an appointment for an hour with my newborn baby although appointment was booked with my full bladder.
Next time I get late and they ask me to rebook.

I’ve been trying to get an x-ray appointment for three days now, and it’s been a nightmare. Every time I call, no one answers, and the voicemail is always full, so I can’t even leave a message. It seems like they never clear their messages or pick up the phone. This has been the worst experience ever. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

I got referred here by my Family doctor so I took his suggestion and secured an appointment. I got there promptly for my ultrasound appointment and waited 15 mins which was fine. While I was waiting, two others showed up for different appointments. The First Ladys’ was not even booked apparently and the Second Lady got accused of being late when she had paperwork to prove that she was definitely on time for her appointment. Seems as though miscommunication is at an all time high at their front desk. The receptionist, Salima took no accountability and just replies with “I wasn’t here so I don’t know”. Pretty frustrating for a patient who needs to see a doctor.

Moving on to my experience with the technician for my ultrasound. I felt very rushed with the technician, Shamima. Right from the get go the priority was not the patient, rather just to get me in and out. There was no introduction or explanation of the procedure. I’d never experienced an ultrasound before so I was nervous and wanted to know more about what was going to take place. She just asked me to lift my shirt up, applied the gel on my stomach and was quite aggressive with her ultrasound tool. It would be nice if they were trained to be more personable and explain to the patient the procedure. Maybe even a “Have you ever had an ultrasound before?” Would be nice.

All in all, I felt very uncomfortable at this office and I will not be returning. I don’t usually review places on Google but this needed to be said. Thanks for reading.

Extremely bad service. They gave me an appointment for a Sunday and when I got there at the appointment time the location was closed. I called the number two times one person told me that the location was open and to try getting into the building through another door (which again was locked). I called a second time and the person this time told me that the location was actually closed today and that he wasnt sure how this appointment was even given. It is beyond disappointing that the customer service agents that pick up the phone have absolutely no idea about their operating hours (specially since there are only two locations) and give contradictory information.

I don’t usually leave reviews for health services, but I had to in this case to mention how great Fatema, the ultrasound technician, was throughout the various appointments I had with her. She made my visits and experiences enjoyable and was always reassuring and kind. She is a true gem of a person and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
