Really pleased with the care they presented at the clinic for mum having a Gastroscopy. It’s like a mini private hospital and close to home. The staff were wonderful from helping mum in through the door, ensuring she was comfortable in her chair and being very thorough in the checks before the procedure. The consultant performing the procedure arrived and spoke to mum putting her at ease. After the procedure we were given our report and it took less than an hour from arrival.

Highly recommend in every way. I had an colonoscopy procedure done on 5th April 2024 which I was absolutely dreading (I’ve always been terrified and very anxious of having any kind of medical procedure done) but right from walking into the building I was reassured by the friendliest and most caring and professional of staff. The facilities there are second to none; everything is new and spotlessly clean and every member of staff kept me fully informed and reassured. For anyone who is nervous and anxious I can tell you from first hand experience that you will be looked after and treated with the best of care.

I attend the clinic On Monday 26th February 2024 for a procedure.
All the staff were amazing from the reception to the nurse and Doctor nothing was to much trouble, everything was explained made feel relaxed. I would have no hesitation of using their clinic again.

I went in endocare for colonoscopy today as part of clinical trial. The procedure went fine and all staff were friendly and kept me informed of what would be happening. Recommend them.

Absolutely disgusting doctors - Corrupt liars who are not trustworthy at all, they are far from endoscopists; they hire anyone and everyone who they are close to so that they look good when in reality the people have no experience. They could be hiring butchers to do endoscopies for all we know. The staff there are appalling, they do not know what they’re doing and are just puppets to four evil, disgusting, vile doctors who can’t even run the company itself. They have lied and made false promises just to use and abuse people who are amazing at their job and then the doctors then use one of their puppets to relay information. Cowards run this corrupt establishment and unfortunately it’s making no money. Would not recommend and if you go through the NHS, please ask who will be doing your endoscopies so you can avoid these 4 men. They are inbred.

Just had a colonoscopy this morning and I was extremely nervous about it. The consultant and his team were marvellous. He did explain that because of previous abdominal surgery, I may have some pain and problems with the procedure. In a very short time he gave me confidence in him and his team. Yes because of my case I did have some pain on occasions but because I trusted the team, they were able to continue and complete the procedure. I'm extremely grateful to them.

A very traumatic experience. Reception staff very disorganised and unsure of who they had booked in, lateral flow tests not checked just asked if tested and if it was negative. Nurses not confident in fitting cannula for sedation and pain relief. No pain relief or sedation received, I was awake and had either minimal or no sedation or pain relief for the duration of the procedure , remember all of it. It was extremely painful, I was told to breathe through it and held still by the nurse!! It was then insulting to be given my report stating that ‘ the patient suffered mild discomfort ’ Mild? I was in agony!! Taken back to recovery, given tea and a biscuit straight away(so clearly not under any sedation) finishing my drink when a nurse came in and said “are you ok? You can get dressed….. felt as though they were in a hurry for me to leave. They did ask if someone was picking me up but let me leave without anyone collecting me. Overheard the nurses saying that they had completed 45 colonoscopies that day! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unfortunately and would say if you’re offered the option go to a proper hospital. The 1 star is just so I could post a review

Today I had two procedures carried out at Endocare and I cannot compliment them enough. The facilities, the friendly and professional staff and the care taken by all of the staff was excellent! I would have no hesitation in using and recommending their services. Thank you to all of the team.
