Went in for a MRI.

Tracey the MRI tech was professional, reassuring, communicative during the process --- a true professional in every sense of the word. We were exceptionally fortunate to have her and I would absolutely request her in the future.

We have used this facility a number of times for a variety of services. Asia (the scheduler) was polite, kind, and quick to understand our concerns. The lady at the front desk was also very helpful, kind, and pleasant.

This is our go to imaging facility. I'm happy they have consistently done a great job for us.

I made an appointment for a mammogram and ultrasound after finding a questionable lump in my breast. I got the necessary referrals and insurance approvals. I was waiting 6 weeks for my appointment. I've been anxiously awaiting this appointment so I would be one step closer to answers. My appointment was scheduled for January 11. I received a call this afternoon (January 9) that they had to cancel my appointment but could work to get me an appointment for February. Are you serious? Apparently they don't have any backup technicians to do a mammogram and an ultrasound of your breast. Or at least that's what they told me. This isn't the first time this organization has done this to me. I needed an MRI done on my knee years ago and they canceled on me twice. Then, I was a little more forgiving because I wasn't anxious to have surgery anyway. But when you find a lump in your breast, you don't want to wait for answers. I've already been waiting 6 weeks. Just to be told I might have to wait another 4? I don't think so. I'd stay away from this place.

Angela went above and beyond to help me get MRI done. I messed up on the paperwork and Angela found out away of getting procedure done without having to reschedule. I will be telling everyone where to go.

Appointment was made 1 day after the MD order was received, not the 2 weeks wait at my hospital. Every effort was made by the staff to make it a pleasurable experience, from the efficient check in to insuring comfort during the scan. Music and a warm blanket 💗. Almost didn't want to leave!!

My MRI appointment went great, I got in right on time and both employees I interacted with were nice. Now 4 days have passed and I still am not able to view the report online. First it was on a 2 day hold, then a 3 day hold, now a 4 day hold.
I still cannot see a report and have to wait until next week when I see the doctor to find out anything. Disappointing. All that money spent on an MRI and i do not even have access to my own results. And the website says you are given a disc of your MRI images, that is not true.

Absolutely the best place for any scan in the Rockford and surrounding area. I’ve had multiple CT scans and one MRI and about to have another MRI and I would never go anywhere else besides here. When I called to check on a referral for my MRI the wonderful lady that I spoke to went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and had all the answers I needed to make my appointments. Biggest plus for me was she called me back within 2 hours for a MRI for 11 am the next day. Best service ever. Special Thank you to Maryann the scheduler that helped me. She was phenomenal to work with. Please Don’t waist your time anywhere else. Forest City Imaging you ROCK!

AMAZING! I am just amazed at the cost, kindness, and attentiveness that I experienced at Forest City Diagnostic. I never had an MRI done so I called around for a price. My general practitioner suggest Forest City Diagnostic, and I am so happy he did. The MRI cost was a fraction of what my default clinic would cost and Forest City quoted me the price within 5 mins.
The office staff bent over backwards to make sure my previous procedures wouldn't impede my safety. They called me promptly and even when I called back, everyone communicated well so I could talk to anyone and still have the same service.
Finally, since I never had an MRI before, I didn't know what to expect. When I had reservations about the head cage, they worked with me to make sure I was comfortable and provided many options. They were patient with me and kept my experience the best possible. They also kept me updated with the progress while I was in the MRI. This helped me stay calm.
Overall, I cannot express my gratitude for the staff at Forest City Diagnostic Imaging. This was the best decision I made, and it was even easy on my budget.
