Extremely disappointed with the response from this facility. I had a scan done for myself & my father. Mine came back within a week and was told that my father's will come within the next few days as the dr is currently reviewing them. After the given dates and no results I was told 2 different answers. The doctors was sick yet he has been very busy with his other practice hence not reviewed the results. From the earlier call I was told that the dr was currently reviewing the results and then to find out that he has not even looked at them yet is quite disappointing. Please be honest with your customers specially when these scans are critical.

This is the most premiere health primary care facility in the country. Dr. Blanchet combines a country doc "old school" caring /understanding/knowing his patients with the best of modern research and technology. Extraordinary patient care and problem solving and why I trust him with my Dad's care.

The imaging center without a heart...

I was directed to the wrong address for my appointment by my provider. I googled FRPI to get their phone number to inquire if this is where I was supposed to go, but there was no answer. So now I'm trying to figure out where I'm supposed to be for my appointment, decided to drive over to see if it's the right place. By the time I get there, I'm 25 minutes late, wait at the front desk for the person to be done with her phone conversation, and inquire if I was at the right place. "You missed your appointment" was her response. Well, if you weren't on the phone or had help at the front desk, I could have confirmed and been there quicker. But I got hung out to dry. I'll stick to the imaging centers up here in FoCo and Loveland area. Never ran into this up here. Heartless.
