First of all when you call billing you get a foreigner who is very hard to understand and insists that you must present a passport for financial aid. Then when you finally get the front desk they did not like being bothered about questions regarding an email sent days ago. That email went unanswered. Was told she didn't receive it but it was sent to the same email address as my new email with financial documents that she did received. I called several times and all three acted as if I was bothering them. I will say that when we were there in person for services they were nicer.

I couldn't be happier with my MRI experience at Gateway Diagnostic Imaging. The entire process was incredibly easy and fast. Everyone there was so wonderful and made me feel at ease. The communication was top-notch, keeping me informed every step of the way. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience, and I'm grateful for their excellent care.

The staff was nice the day I did my MRI, the problem was the after.
It took them a week to release my report and to my surprise, they did the initial report with someone else's images. They had to add an addendum to my actual report. How am I supposed to trust that the new one is correct?!
The second problem is that I requested the digital images, so I can show to another radiologist that I know to review because I want a second opinion, and he does not live in Dallas. The only way they can give me is by mailing me a CD. My computer doesn't even have a CD reader... are we in 2025 or 2005?!

First and last time using their services.

Zero * would be appropriate! After waiting 50 minutes as a walk-in, we were asked to return at 3pm for an actual appointment. (We live 45 minutes away.) We returned at 3pm, only to wait yet another 1.5hrs. Ridiculously inefficient, inept scheduling! Little respect for patient time - no attempt whatsoever to inform patients of delays or honor stated appointment times.

Why am I leaving a review for a medical center? Because they deserve 5 stars and here's why...

For many people (myself included), a visit to an imaging center is the last thing you might do before finding the answer to 'What's wrong with me?' and 'How serious is it?'. That can be very nerve wracking. I had no idea what to expect going in. I was told the imaging process was quick and painless, but that does little to calm the nerves.

However, my experience here, from start to finish certainly helped. For starters, the appointment process was easy and informative. I got an appointment in 24 hours. The building was easy to find, plenty of parking. The office itself was very clean, the lounge area very welcoming and comfortable, and the reception was friendly and genuine. I was called in at the exact moment of my appointment time. The tech was friendly, assuring, and displayed both confidence in her work and compassion for her patient. Everything was fast and efficient, I was finished in no time.

I hope I never need to go back, but I also hope that my review reassures somebody else that this process doesn't have to be scary and uncomfortable. Thank you!

I always go to gateway, because of cost. However, this time around front desk was not knowledgeable on the difference of HRA vs HSA. When i scheduled my MRI they didn’t tell of any prep i needed to do. It’s upsetting also my order was sent as a STAT order and no mater what they collect. I understand you have to make your money but why are we not able to collect something up front and maybe bill the rest? I work in the medical field and we do this for families all the time. Unsure, if I will be referring patients here.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. This is the worst experience I have ever had. I couldn’t even get the MRI. The initial interaction with the Asian man you see in the picture was the worst experience I have ever had. He had a nasty attitude even when I called to try to get clarity on where the building was located. He was dry and very short in conversation, and it was clear that he didn’t want to be at the office. When I approached a window, he pretended not to see me, so I just stood there. When he finally did decide to speak to me, he snatched the window open, gave me a clipboard, and told me to fill out the information. There was no clarity or concern about whether I had questions or not. He proceeded to slam the window shut after. While completing my paperwork, I realized I had a question for him, and I had to say excuse me six times before he looked up from his computer to answer me. When I asked him about the co-pay and the deductible, he said I don’t know what you’re talking about. He said give me the paper because I don’t see what you’re talking about. When I asked him if he knew what form I was referring to, he said no, as if it was his first day working there. When I asked him does he see on his screen what he prints out and gives to the patient, he told me no, I would have to provide him with the paper even though I told him several times on the phone that I was disabled I would have to give him the form so he knows what I’m referring to. His tone was so nasty and ugly even during the process of speaking with him I became overwhelmed and decided to cancel my appointment and requested the manager. I had to have an entire conversation with him about wanting to request a manager at first he didn’t even want to tell me the managers name and then he proceeded to ask me why I would want the manager and when I told him to please just allow me to speak to the manager he told me that I would have to wait until she comes back on Monday because he’s not allowed to contact the manager on the weekends. I told him that was OK and I would just wait until Monday to speak to the manager. He continue to question me on what reason I had to want speak to the manager I had to evade his question four times before he finally decided to let it go. When I told him I would like to just continue my appointment once I have spoke to the manager he said OK he slam down the clipboard on the counter and then he slam the glass window while I walked out. If you do not want to be treated like trash when you walk into this office I suggest you go elsewhere. I will definitely be letting Amazon Crossover clinics know how this place treats their customers. As the office that Amazon reaches out to; I know personally that this is not how Amazon feels about their employees or their customers, and they do not uphold the standards that Amazon does.
