Got a bill that didn't have what it was for, date of service, a different state and just about no details. I called and left a message. Ended up talking to an Allie. She said they had problems but it is all fixed now. When I tried to explain more she kept interrupting even though she told me to be quiet previously so she could speak. After she was done I tried again and then she kept interrupting me! She was very rude and eventually hung up on me. Before that I had asked to speak to her supervisor. She said she WAS the supervisor! Called back to try to get someone who could help me but that guy just put me on hold forever and never came back. This place is messed up and no one cares. "Sorry about that" is not in their vocabulary.

I show up at 12 for the Covid-19 testing. After telling me to come inside for our appointment, we are asked to get back in our cars and wait in line. This is fine but they didn't start testing until close to 12:30. They were very disorganized. More importantly, they were not changing their gloves in between patients! Same gloves worn for all of the cars ahead of me. I pulled out of the line. No way were they going near my son with those type of infection control procedures or lack there of.

Staff were not helpful and polite at all. I went there 3 times and was returned. Just in case, I called them to make an appointment, but I was told I don’t need to make an appointment. First they told me, I need to have a prescription, then copy of prescription, then original prescription, etc. They have the worst service ever. They don’t know how to communicate well. They should go back to school for a better service. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from Axis Diagnostics, Langhorne. They are the absolute WORST place in town. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. It’s also pretty expensive compared to other diagnostics. Please go find somewhere else. And THANK YOU.

This was one of the most unprofessional places I’ve ever dealt with. They were rude and didn’t wear any type of PPE - including masks- when we arrived! When I asked if they could wear a mask the one woman rolled her eyes and said that she “guesses she could find one”. While I cannot attest to their level of service during times outside of a pandemic, I definitely would not recommend this company at all right now. They clearly have no regard for the safety of their staff or patients.

horrible customer service. Could not get my tests results even after 48 hours. Phones are answered(when they are answered) by non speaking English reps. 3 times I asked for the suite # and they kept giving me the zip code. Do not use this labI I am reporting them to the Board of Health because they have put my health in danger by not getting me results within 48 hours!

Very disorganized when we arrived for testing. Were promised 24-48 hour results and that might have been the case if they returned our phone calls for record locator number. Needed test results for travel. Totally screwed us. Won’t return and won’t recommend.

Well maintained lab with social distance and sanitizing properly. More over this people very friendly treating patients and took care of me wheen I was at there place.
