I was very pleased with my follow up care after suffering a complete unstable fracture of my C2 vertebrae. All of the staff were warm, personable and friendly. But most of all my doctor was so thorough! He went over my X-rays in detail. He took the time to explain everything. He was patient with all my questions. I know I am going to have an excellent prognosis under their care. I highly recommend them.

Hello on December 20, 2024. It was my second time this year to get imaging done a couple of months ago. I was there and had a CT scan with contrast or dye of my head/neck I was so nervous! however, the girl that worked with me was so sweet And her calming voice and Caring personality helped me through it and I did just fine. I left there thinking about her and how she definitely is doing the right thing in her job. She’s very good with people and definitely is somebody to have by your side when you’re scared as I was.
Well today, I got to see the same girl,it turns out her name is Amanda., It was so great to see her today I had to have an MRI done and I was so happy to see her face. I told her how I thought about her and how much she helped calm me during my CT scan. I told her she’s very good at what she’s doing, and I thanked her for being there for all of us patients. God puts the right people where they need to be thank you again Amanda it was great seeing you today. God bless you all. Thank you for hiring somebody such as her to take care of us all.

Our experience was outstanding! My husband was struggling to get around but the staff was so responsive to him. They were eager to make sure that he was comfortable. They were attentive to his needs. Very efficient and knowledgeable!

Dr Smisson is absolutely wonderful. He takes time to listen and always has a smile! The staff is amazing and very helpful. Love his Medical Assistant, Tammy, she goes above and beyond for the patients. My procedure was a complete success. Im so thankful to be pain free!!

From start to finish my experiences at GNI on both sides was excellent!
The entire staff in out patient surgical side was beyond excellent their commitment to the patients is absolutely the best I’ve ever seen!
I challenge anyone to find a staff anywhere in Georgia than can compare to them

I have Chronic Kidney Disease and is afraid of contrast. Before my MRI without contrast the gentleman explained it all to me how the contrast leaves your body. So now I am no longer afraid of the test with the contrast. Thank you so much for your patience in explaining the process.

I am so impressed with GNI. From the start, scheduling an appointment that met my needs as a patient was the goal of the staff. I walked into the office, signed the in and within literal minutes, I was called back for my appointment. That’s quite unusual for most medical offices. It’s important to know it was the same for all 3 visits! I cant say enough about Dr. Rowe and his nurse and NP/PA. They were professional, kind, caring, and had a sense of humor! It is a pleasure and a feeling of being well taken care of working with them.

Excellent caring staff..and doctor. Comfortable waiting area, also. The wait was long, but necessary, since there were so many needing procedures. When in procedure room, very efficient and compassionate team. Excellent experience. If more needed, I would definitely use GNI.
