Was told to arrive at 11am today. I arrived at 10:55 am. Upon arrival I signed in & notice another customer had the same doctor (Shah) and exact same procedure time!!!!! I waited 90 minutes until inquiring about an eta and the double
booking. They denied it but said Dr. Shah was behind. I was disappointed due to my time being wasted. I missed a full day of work. A simple courtesy update from the staff would’ve helped. After leaving Dr. Shah leaves me a voicemail “Im sorry but I cannot rush these procedures”
I NEVER ASKED HIM TO DO SO. I went home & located a totally different office with a different doctor name and it end was the same network of RUDE staff talking to me as if I was trying to hide something. I gave them a piece of my mind and wish I can give them a 0 star!

Dr. Shah is a good doctor, but the rest of his staff, I was not impressed with at all. I had a colonoscopy recently. The nurses at the outpatient center are just wonderful. But, at Dr. Shah's office, no one has called me about my test results, even after leaving a message for his medical assistant.. how concerning is this.. I ended up calling the outpatient center off of Windy Hill rd, where the procedure was performed. A very sweet lady named Leslie pulled up my information and was able to give me my results.. praise the lord they are negative for cancer. I will NOT BE BACK TO THE JOHNSONFERRY LOCATION. As a matter of fact, I've lost faith in the whole outfit!!! Peoples lives could be on the line, but yet, no one cares.. and that is just shameful!!!!

It was my first appointment at this place, and I really liked the attention of everyone, the person who greets you at the counter is very kind, then Preethi Murugappan (FNP) attended to me, and then Dr. Shanil Harkins, I was happy with everyone's attention.

Preethi and Dr Shah are only interested in treating multiple GI issues with chronic use of omeprazole to manage symptoms (have been on over a year). Treated as a number not as an individual. Waited over an hour to be seen. Did not have endoscopy results ever told or released just told I had inflammation which was not the case. Found out results through my primary care doctors diagnoses codes and had to request report. Overall poor quality of care.
