Me and my mom had a horrible experience today. The staff Amy was very unprofessional and rude instead of making my mom feel comfortable. She asked my mom if she was using Retin-A so that she doesn’t have to endure torture. Very unprofessional Nurse on my way out. I wrote and emailed the office manager, but still have not received any response at this time. I wish they would train her with niceness and good customer service so that patients keep coming back.

All around an incredibly hostile and unpredictable environment to be around. My friend and I were approached by an aggressive older woman receptionist screaming at us that we did not have an appointment scheduled .. when we clearly both did. We both provided/showed our confirmation texts and emails that we had both received DAYS IN ADVANCE … yet after showing our confirmation emails the receptionist screamed in our faces “NO PHONES”. After her incorrect and inappropriate comment about “our incorrect appointments..” she finally was able to pull up my friend and I’s appointments that was scheduled specifically by the manager of the spa. We were then met with our “doctor” that appeared to be on some type of pain killers, opioids, etc as she acted liked her patients were nuisance for checking in to their appointment. Not one of the nurse and or doctor apologized for the hysterical situation the receptionist put their clients through…. And on top of that the “check out receptionist” tried charging me $550.00 for a $50.00 LIP FLIP. This place is the most unprofessional, disorganized, and disgraceful place of business. Enter at your own risk.

The office is bright and welcoming, just like the people who work in it! The front desk staff, nurses, and Dr Glazer were all awesome - professional, respectful, and made the process very smooth. My whole family goes to Dr Glazer and I understand why they recommended him so highly!

Dr Scott Glazer is an amazing doctor. He is warm, compassionate, and sits down and takes the time to listen to all your concerns and worries. I never ever feel like I’m just a person in a room or rushed at all. I actually feel that he truly cares about me and his patients. If I have any questions I can either email or call the office and speak to a nurse or even Dr Glazer himself. Response time is usually that day too! I cannot say enough things about Dr Glazer.

Dr Glazer thank you so much for being so patient and getting to the bottom of my auto immune skin disorder.
