Don't go to this place... Nobody here knows anything about what they do and specially MRIs... people who work there they're very rude especially with patients, they don't cooperate when they see patient is in pain to help him/her. First of all, they're gonna give you the earliest available appointment because they have no other patients and probably nobody wants to go to this place. That's why they're always having appointments right the next day and please consider that because of their poor quality of work, that's why nobody wants to go and they have available spots... The only good thing about that place was the parking and the elevator... Forget about the rest... Plus, if you're not Armenian, you're not the priority and they're just gonna make you wait and wait and wait forever. I just want to say that please do a better management and staff cooperation to take care of the patients properly.

Extremely uncomfortable right away. I understand I’m in Glendale but they need to consider hiring a more diverse staff. If you’re not Armenian you’re not a priority. I was skipped for my appointment after waiting 45 mins and holding my pee. Only because I spoke up they let me in the room and had the person who skipped me go back out and wait. And everyone was rude I am never coming back here I don’t care if they take my insurance.

I had a great experience overall. When I first called, I couldn't reach them, but I tried again the next day and managed to make my appointment. The receptionist today was great, and so was Dr. Susy. I should receive my results in 4 business days.

Workers in this place are so irresponsible that I had an MRI done on 10/22/24 and went to my PCP and Neurologist 11/07/24, and the people of this place hadn't send the report needed, on top of that I come today in person and requested my MRI report and request to talk to the office manager to do a complaint and they simply said that the manager wasn't here and refuse to provide me with a business card, I'm reporting this to my heath insurance, this is NOT acceptable.

Don’t go to this place at all!!!! The people who worked there they don’t know anything about what they do for their job jobs. I took my grandmother there for MRI without contrast and They took incomplete pictures and the doctor was not able to identify the problem and also the quality of the pictures was not good and matching with a standard MRI that we can find what’s wrong with my grandma pain, Now we have to take her to another place because of their poor job and not knowing what they do I’m just wondering why they are still licensed and they’re working with medical standards… just wow.. we live in America.. places like this still up and running and doing incomplete and wrong imaging, with the latest technology MRI should be a guaranteed imaging in this century… but this place is far from that… Even one star is too much for this place

I have been assisted before and have also brought mother here due to the services needed. But I must say, the front end staff is just terrible ?. Specifically the Armenian girl. Her tone just horrible. I understand that it's not only tiring but down right exhausting dealing with people, given the area. Lots of walk of life, but damn, its part of the job, to provide customer service. Maybe not with a smile, hell I admit it tough. But they really are terrible

I have to bring my mom here to get tests done. First thing i noticed is none of the workers at the front desk greet you ,they just give a blank stare. And the workers are not wearing masks eventhough it's a medical facility and almost all the patients are elderly and old. Its uper cold in the waiting room bring a jacket. The parking lot is underneath the building and it is dark and a very tight squeeze. If your not a good driver I would park on the street.

I have to admit had the best experience!! Scheduling appointment was super easy and very helpful receptionist! Extremely helpful staff and short wait time. Ultrasound technician lady name was Suzy my goodness was so excellent and knowledgeable made it so easy for me ! You will not regret going to Glendale imaging center !
