This is the worst MRI location. We had a prior approval from insurance where copay was paid ahead of time. The front desk lady (dbraun is her name) was so incompetent she charged patient $325 cash for the imaging. She doesn’t know how to do her job correctly. I would use precautions when coming to this location for any services, triple check all costs before relying on them to do their jobs correctly. Later I called to complain and correct the issue and she hung up on me. I told her I needed to speak to her manager who is Ellen. She is just as incompetent. Did not know how to retroactively charge the insurance and get a paid claim. Literally both were yelling throughout the office in their foreign accents. Finally insurance got involved and made sure I got my $325 back and apologized on their behalf. No idea how either of these people have jobs here!

1st, the place needs a makeover. Everything from paint on the walls with scuffs and chips to damaged floors and 80s furniture. Looks like it hasn't seen some TLC since it was built. Floors not very clean. And good luck if you use a toilet! Hopefully yours flushes. 2nd, had my MRI and forgot to ask that a copy be sent to my pcp. I called the next day. No go. Was told I was given a CD so show him that. Then I asked if I could be sent a copy of the report and she (whoever answered the phone) refused. I asked, so you are refusing to give me copies of my own records? She flat out said yes and that I could get them from the doctor who ordered it. 3rd, it took one full week to get the results, which were very poor. When I called to inquire when they would be ready, it was blamed on Covid. Ok, getting tired of this excuse! Covid is over people! The report said that the films showed no fluid. My doctor pulled up the films and showed me where all the fluid buildup was, and it was in the areas I was complaining of pain. Doc also said the films were pretty poor quality, which makes me think the MRI machine is just as old as their building. So copay goes down the drain for the useless images. Will never use this place again.

They refused to submit my claim to insurance and offered me various out of pocket prices for the test with illogical explanations. Very rude service focused on confusing the patient. Maria and her supervisor tag-teamed me with a story of lies. Once one person ran out of ideas, the other stepped up hopeful to gaslight me into submission. It's clear this routine was standard practice.

With no logical explanation of the charges, they asked me to leave without the test. The rest of the women working there were very nice, it's unfortunate that they have to work around their organization's shameful practice of manipulating their clientele.

It claims to be wheelchair accessible but when I showed up only the entrance was. Getting into the office is the only thing about it that's wheelchair friendly. I went for an ultrasound and the tables were so tall and unable to be lowered. As a paraplegic this just doesn't work for me.

I went to this place do to some pain I have and their service is horrible. They worry more about them selfs then having a good customer service. There is one blonde lady petite curly hair that is the worst of all. I wonder if they have some kind of manager to talk about the customer service they have. I know they can do better.

The tech Gary is the best and Dr. Parvez is very nice but the front desk is very very rude and unprofessional. People are here because they are sick but instead of treating them with kindness these people are very rough.

Was able to make appointment for the same day. Staff was very nice and courteous, my doctor received report next day. Thank you.

I am very disappointed !!! Bad attitude from Michelle, she refused to give me a copy of my results, even though I used to get them before from this facility
