We had an emergency need of a plumber at 4:00AM after a water pipe became disconnected and spewed hundreds of gallons of water in a condo thus causing severe flooding in 4 other condos. I contacted the fire company who assisted with gaining entrance to a condo & getting the main water turned off. I called our property manager who contacted GS Plumbing. The dispatcher called me, an hoa board member, and I relayed the information to her who contacted the plumber, Andrew. He arrived promptly, assessed the problem, and got eight to work fixing it. Within 15 minutes the pipe was reattched/repaired and the main water to the building was turned back on. He took photos before and after of the repair, assisted me in turning the main valve on, and followed up with a text that everything looked good and secure.
The company did a great job of calling initially as well as staying in touch with Andrew's arrival. Andrew worked efficiently and in a very quick way to ensure that our residents could get the water turned on as quickly as possible as it is a workday/time for some residents.
He also services individual residents with plumbing needs so I made certain that I got a few business cards to share with other residents!
I'd recommend GS plumbing and Andrew to anyone who needs trustworthy, efficient, skilled plumbing!!

Did not end up getting the service done by them but I am leaving a review mainly because the customer service I received was phenomenal. I had a pipe bust and a technician was able to come out same day. The gentleman taking the call was a comforting, reassuring voice during the process and my technician Cody was an incredible down to earth professional. Had timeline matched up, these guys would’ve been my first choice and they will be at the top of my list moving forward.

Main water line was hit during another utilities installation. GS Plumbing was able to get Kendall out same day, who fixed it on the spot for a very fair price! Great experience that saved my wife and I from a major hassle!
