The staff at this Hear USA location is always very helpful & accommodating. Josie is so knowledgeable on aids & repairs. Very efficient too. Keep most all parts on hand so she’s able to fix the immediately.I highly recommend this place.

My beautiful 103-year-old mother was at whit's end when her hearing aid stopped working. We stopped by while the manager was on a much-needed vacation and her front desk assistant was kind enough to take the hearing aid and diagnose the issue and was more than happy to do a simple repair, replace the battery and clean the filters. Mom was back in business and was happy that she could hear again. Thank you to JoAnne at the Lodi Hearing USA facility.

I don't know where to start! First, there office in Lodi, California was very nice and well kept, extremely clean. And the young lady that would always help me that was Mrs. Josie Denton. She is such an angel. She explained everything, she was so nice and the one thing that stood out about her was that she really cared about you and wanting to help you in any way she could. She just wasn't there to try and sell you hearing aids. She treated me like I was family, like I was her kid. Ever since I started to lose my hearing I always felt like I was not a real person. Someone that wasn't good enough to be around people, that I was below everyone. I felt ashamed and embarrassed, like I was being punished for something beyond my control. Mrs. Josie Denton didn't treat me like that, she made me feel like I was someone important. She treated me with respect and I liked that, I was someone important to her. I just love Mrs. Denton, she made this hearing loss journey for me a lot better. I would and will recommend Hear USA to anyone and everyone!

Josie in the Lodi office was awesome! She fixed my hearing aid connector and replaced my battery doors for free because the office in Sonora couldn't get me in and I had to drive all the way from Angels Camp.

I was lucky enough to be hooked up with the Lodi Ca. office.
Great customer service. From Joann making, reminding, and changing appointments. As well as answering questions about insurance.
To the very awesome, knowledgeable, understanding and caring, Ms. Josie.
I had a beyond expectation experience with this office and their staff. I give my hearing aids 4 stars.
But the staff at this office get 5 stars only because they don't have a 6 or 7 star option.
