I just learned that she asked my husband if he wanted the "husband stitch" when I gave birth to our son a few years ago. As well as she didn't seem to care I could feel the stitches I had already needed. Thank goodness she isn't delivering anymore! Everything was smooth sailing up until the delivery. She is not a womens women for asking my husband such a question that had nothing to do with his body. Im still so bitter about this because that was absolutely out of line and should have never even been a question period.

Dr. Havener acted annoyed with the questions I had and was very abrasive, confrontational, accusatory, and just mean. I don’t cry often but I left her office in tears. The rest of the staff was absolutely wonderful and sweet.

Dr. Havener was professional and kind during our first and only brief exam; I have nothing bad to say about her.

Her staff on the other hand, has seriously let her down multiple times when dealing with this patient. Despite multiple messages NO ONE from her office ever bothered to call me back for multiple requests for prescription refills on their prescription refill line, nor on her nurse’s line. This is over three separate occasions in a several month time frame!

I finally just gave up and ended up finding a new doctor. The new doctor’s office actually answers their phone, and if a message is left by 3 PM, they return all calls on the same business day!

Awful experience. I was in network when I went in for my first appointment, left with no bill. Then got a call the next day because they tried to run the insurance for a procedure under man who I had never seen in their office, and I was now out of network and would need to pay for my 1st appointment out of pocket. The random male doctor is not covered but all 4 other practitioners in the office are. They have been extremely rude to my insurance provider and I. I will not be paying this bill they are trying to throw on me due to their negligence. Save your time and go somewhere else.

I love my doctor heather havener! She gave me all the help and resources I needed when I was pregnant. She’s super sweet and very smart and Educated she cares about her patients and is very caring for every single lady and baby that comes her way she delievered my Madelyn in 2020! If Any other planned pregnancies come towards my life I will always go to her!!! SHE AND HER STAFF IS AMAZING!

Dr. Havener is honestly the best OBGYN I have ever had. She was obgyn during all 3 of my pregnancies. She is currently still my gynecologist. My most recent pregnancy I had in 2021 was by far the scariest I had. She listened to all of my concerns and was easily able to diagnose my preeclampsia. She kept me calm through my C section since I had to deliver at 31 weeks. She helped me through my postpartum depression and she never made me feel any less important. I highly recommend Dr. Havener. She simply is an amazing, caring, and nice doctor.
