I received outstanding service at HDC. Everyone was kind and courteous. They started the procedure on time and the MRI technician was very patient with me. I especially want to thank Nancy, the person who helped me schedule my appointment. She went above and beyond to accommodate me and schedule my appointment as soon as possible. She was always available to answer my questions. Honestly it is hard to find someone that is willing to help in this way. I am grateful also to Gina from billing for her assistance. I highly recommend this center. Keep up the good work guys!

They are definitely best in the city in 2024, they accommodated us at the last minute right before a long weekend and we really appreciated it. Effective, curteous, professional, a very rare combination in any business.

Unfortunately after over 15 years of utilizing this center, I have to find another imaging facility. Making an appointment is a 3 day process. It's ridiculous. The phone recording ask you to email or text a copy of your script to expedite the process, needless to say it does not. My job assignment does not allow me the time to constantly chase this office in a game of phone tag just to make an appointment. I will advise everyone to save yourself a headache and inconvenience and find another center. I'm no longer able to continue here. It obvious the staffing and service I was accustomed to recieving is no longer available. I wish this center well, but I need better services.

I can not express enough our gratitude for HDC staff and technicians. They all worked promptly, professionally and compassionately in this difficult time. My partner felt a lump in her breast, thankfully she was able to get in for a mammogram and ultrasound quickly. Reports were received soon after and we were able to follow up with an oncologist and get her back to HDC again for a pet scan a few days later. The technicians made us feel so comfortable and positive, we will highly recommend them to everyone! We are staying positive for the best outcome and thank you to everyone at HDC for positive vibes.

Unfortunately I am having to deal with an unprofessional witch this morning. I have a 7:15 appointment. I arrived at 6:45. The sign on the door states it opens at 8:00. I wave to the witch sitting behind the desk and she ignores me at first. Finally she gets up and open the door and walk away. I said good morning and she didn’t open her mouth. When I walked up to the window she says, go sit down we open at 7:00. Do you know that which didn’t acknowledge me until 7:00. It’s too early in the morning to get mad. I rebuke that demon in the name of Yah!

Great experience at HDC Open MRI! The staff was friendly and professional, and the open MRI machine was very comfortable. The technician explained everything clearly, which put me at ease. The imaging results were quick and high-quality. Highly recommend!

I just called to make appointment at 1:30 . It says text medical info to them . I never even received an automated confirmation. I just sent you private medical info and no confirmation. So I’m thinking I sent to wrong number . I had to text them 2 hours later and ask if they received it. They texted me a while later and said yes , we will call you sometime next week to Schedule ?
Wait! What … I called you at 1:30 , I get it your busy . You can’t be that busy to not even call hours later .
What day are you going to call me ?
What if I miss call.. then I have to start the process all over again .
I just read all the complaints they have on this issue of scheduling and you still refuse to fix it .
Don’t bother calling I booked somewhere else , it took 3 mins .. I can’t sit by the phone awaiting your call sometime next week
