Wonderful service! Excellent car! Rick, Tina, and Miles took great care of me through the process of leasing a Honda Prologue. I was looking for a Tesla Model 3 to use as commuter car and found one at a great price at Honda of Steven's Creek. One day before I can come in to see it, the car was sold, but lucky for me Will knew exactly what I was looking for and called me to tell me the good news. He in fact was able to find and even better example at their sister dealership down the block. The car he found not only checked all the boxes for me, but also had some very nice extras like still under warranty, enhanced auto pilot, lower miles and premium Tesla service on the infotainment . During the process of purchase, Will provided a very good vibe atmosphere with no pressure sales at all. He explained the sales processes in a way that was very easy for me to understand, gave me a list of options I could add, but also did not try to sell me on anything I did not want. Will made me feel comfortable and said to reach out with any questions... And I did. I was under the impression that the Teslas came with a portable charger which I found out from Will and also a close friend that they do not. Will was nice enough to message me back a bit later after asking to tell me that they had one that I can have. This was super nice of him. Even Tesla would have charged me for it and Will went above and beyond to make sure I got one. Overall a great non pressure experience with great vibes . I will be referring friends and family to visit Will at Honda of Steven's Creek.

Updated review - Buyer Beware – Stevens Creek Honda Lacks Integrity

I recently purchased a used 2024 Honda Pilot EX-L from Stevens Creek Honda, and the experience was deeply disappointing. During the test drive (around the dealership neighborhood and a brief freeway stretch), everything seemed fine. However, the process to finalize the purchase took over three hours—from 2:30 PM to 5:45 PM. After a 2+ hour drive home, I noticed a high-pitched noise on the freeway.

When I reported this to Stevens Creek Honda, they advised me to have it inspected. I took the car to my local Honda dealership, where I was shocked to learn the tires—on a 2024 vehicle with just over 13,000 miles—needed immediate replacement due to severe tread feathering.

A Honda dealership should not sell a vehicle with tires in such poor condition. This issue completely ruined the positive experience we initially had. I now regret not buying directly from an owner who would have disclosed such a critical issue.

If you're considering buying from Stevens Creek Honda, get the car independently inspected before purchasing—they clearly do not stand behind the vehicles they sell.

This dealership was the worst experience I have had the displeasure of doing business with. When I came back to the bay area after leaving for work for a few months I needed a car so I decided to go to Honda Stevens Creek to purchase a car since it was a close dealership nearby. My friend advised me that Honda Stevens Creek had sold her a used vehicle that had not been serviced for about a few years while it was sitting on their lot. I foolishly ignored her advice and decided to proceed. I didn't have a car and needed one fast due to me being absent for so long from the bay area from traveling for work. While talking with the representative to purchase a car I was interested in, the manager was brought out after I had respectfully tried to talk the price down due to the fact that, upon inspecting the vehicle I had tried to purchase, I had found that the tires were more than 5 years old, which was way too old for daily use, the fluids were nearly depleted, and the vehicle had not been properly inspected for the entire time it has been under their supervision. The manager was very unprofessional and behaved very childishly when I had asked him why wasn’t the vehicle properly inspected and serviced. He was very rude and got angry when I told him that it was illegal to sell a car that hadn’t been serviced in that long. But I bought the car out of desperation since I needed to get around to get my living situation under control. Two weeks into using the vehicle, the coolant was completely drained, after I had refilled the reservoir. I unknowingly drove the vehicle which caused the engine to overheat, melting the plastic oil stick that 2009 Honda Civics use. Since the oil stick had completely melted I was unable to use the vehicle and tried to have a mechanic repair the engine but was unsuccessful stating that the plastic from the oil stick had melted within the engine and would be nearly impossible to fix and he was not even able to remove the spark plugs due to the plastic cooling down, solidifying, and fusing the spark plug and engine together. After two weeks of my purchase the car had been destroyed and Honda Stevens Creek refused to repair the damages they should have taken care of while it was under their care. They did not advise me of the leak in the engine and since the car is from 2009, it is too old for me to file a lawsuit against Honda Stevens Creek. I just recently got the car towed and sold to a Towing Company who buys used and undriveable cars for a good price. Honda Stevens Creek was very unprofessional and did not properly service their vehicles. Their only goal is to get a quick dollar out of their customers regardless of how poorly treated their vehicles and customers are treated. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM, BUT IF YOU DO, TAKE IT TO A MECHANIC.

Highly recommend this place. Sal the salesman was really friendly, great communication, and got the car that I asked for. He needs a raise. Go ask for Sal. I’m really satisfied with my 2025 Honda accord. I’m definitely coming back to purchase another Honda.
