I had surgery last week and was very impressed with the compassion and knowledge of the doctors and nurses that took care of me. They were all genuinely interested with me as person and making this the best experience possible and they did just that. They took into account my past experiences with anesthesia and wanted to make this a pleasant experience and keep me from having side effects from the medications. Everything went smoothly and I can’t be any happier with my surgical experience here.

My only complaint is with the admission process and the size of the room. It was overcrowded. The room was so small and there was a lack of organization as to where to go to check in once in the room. It felt very cramped and confusing. I would suggest a larger room with better signage and a streamlined process to make it flow better.

This hospital is very clean and the staff are very nice and do a thoroughly check on any and all medication’s and any issues that you have. I half to thank the anesthesiologist for the wonderful job they did. They gave me a nerve blocker before my surgery. I have a hard time coming out of anesthesia and I woke up with no issue and was ready to go home.The staff does a wonderful job on keeping your love one updated on the different stages of your of the procedures. This will be my hospital for all surgery’s going forward. Dr Bridges was my foot doctor and he did wonderful job.

My experience here for getting an MRI of my lower back was great! I do not usually do well with MRI’s but this place made it a very nice experience for me! I will always use them if I ever need another one! I’ve never had such a good experience getting one ever! They’re the best & the person doing the MRI was super friendly and very helpful and understanding! He did everything he could to make me very comfortable! I couldn’t be more grateful! 5+ Stars! I would give them a higher rating if that was an option!

I have been going to Dr Alvarez for few years now. His whole group is amazing. Bella and Alexis are always on top of things as well as Dr. Alvarez. I just had a procedure yesterday and I feel amazing for the first time in a long time. I’m super thankful for Dr. Alvarez and his team. I highly recommend them if I could give them 10 stars I would.

Checking in was a pleasant experience. The front desk technicians processed me promptly politely and professionally.
I didn't have to wait more than five minutes to get to the prep nurses. I experienced the same courtesy, professionalism, politeness.-You could tell that these professionals getting me ready for surgery had empathy. They were kind and very careful with me.
Anesthesiologist, Is assistant, my surgeon is awesome. After surgery and recovery they were very kind and gentle. They prepared me for my journey home.

Everything was right on time. The waiting are was pleasant and had enough seats. All the staff was very kind and friendly, especially the MRI technician, Brian! To reduce stress in the mri, they have calming scenes on the ceiling and headphones with the music of your choice. All in all, a well run operation (pun intended).
