This center which I’d never heard of has submitted 12 COVID tests claims through to my previous insurance in just the last two months. Sent through by a doctor I’ve never heard of, Dr. Anna Leah Grossberg! Can this even be a legitimate place?!! How would they not notice so many covid tests from one supposed patient!! Seriously!!

I received 8 EOB’s for this place that are not mine. I have not had labs drawn every week for 2 months. I have been unable to contact them via phone and it says they do not even have a voicemail set up.

This place is a scam. Received 6 EOB from insurance company for random tests. Not sure where this place is, who ordered tests. Will be filing a police report for stolen identity

Needed a COVID pcr test the following day. CVS and other clinics took 2-5 days for the results to come out. However this place the results came out very quickly (less than 24 hours). Service and the testing process was great! Highly recommend if you need a test done!

Amazing experience! These guys were open despite the Texas winter storm and came through with my COVID test results the very same day! The test report contained both my passport number and a QR code! Highly recommend!

We were booked to Japan and needed a laboratory covid test prior to traveling. I3 Diagnostics was conveniently located close to the airport. Chetna was friendly, helpful, and gentle. There was no issue with filling out the required forms necessary to travel. I recommend this lab to do your pcr tests.
