On Friday 24th Jan 2025, my mother had an Open MRI appointment.

She's incredibly claustrophobic and had been dreading it for weeks. On the day we had the lovely and kind Marvin and Eric who went above and beyond to ensure her comfort throughout and kept her reassured.

The TV in the room was a great touch and the open Upright MRI have been exceptional and such a lifesaving gift when there has never felt like there was another way.

I had a head MRI here, and I nearly walked out at the beginning because of my anxiety. But after the staff explained everything to me and assured me that nothing could go wrong, I managed to calm down, and I had the whole scan with and without dye. When the staff saw that I was really anxious at the beginning, I could tell that they all knew how I was feeling and they were so caring and accomodating. Surprisingly, I didn't have a panic attack (like I did when I tried to do a CT scan). I use my own earplug loops for the noise, I could still hear some noise, but at a minimum level. I would definitely recommend going here for an MRI if you have anxiety or claustrophobia because all you have to do is just to sit down and watch TV. There are no side effects, and you can stand up anytime if you start to panic.

A bright & clean clinic in central London for private and NHS patients. My appointment was dealt with by the (mostly) young and (always) friendly team in a fast and professional way.
This clinic has some new style scaning facilities and some lovely back-lit art works, highly recommended.

The front office staff were polite, the nurse, and radiographer provided clear instructions, and the overall office decor and CT scanner were impressive.

Deeply inhuman place. Strip lighting, fierce air conditioning and tv blaring away at 8.30 in the morning…the only upside the loo is very clean. But I would like to add that the staff were amazing! Friendly and efficient!

Avoid them , I have write to NHS to not refer patients to them , they forgot my report for 75 days and left me without treatment despite they mentioned in thier report , thier negligence now could lead to me having cancer and other health issue , legal action also will be taken
