I was charged for a test that was not completed, despite being assured both over the phone and in person that it would be done on time. Given the urgency and importance of this test for a time-sensitive procedure, the lack of communication or updates from their team was unacceptable. Instead of taking accountability, I have only received emails deflecting responsibility, with no mention of a refund for the cash payment I made. Additionally, I was never informed via email, phone call, or text that the test could not be completed. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable, especially considering the critical nature of the test.

HORRIBLE. Less than 1 star. I have called numerous times. Left detailed voicemail messages. Made sure to call at different times in the day to try to get someone. No one answers. No one returns calls. They want me to pay a bill, but they cannot respond. Probably the worst service I have ever received.

The worst! Their billing office is a joke. They mailed me an invoice for a lab work that was done 6 months prior. I checked my bank statement and my insurance company's statement and the amount did not add up. Called their office and they admitted that their system has issues and that they're having issues billing customers correctly. The woman I spoke to confirmed that she sees the payment I had made months prior and that she'll call me once she hears from my insurance about the remaining due amount. A week or so later, I receive the exact same invoice in mail, but no explanation and no phone call. Called their office again and talked to another person there who this time could not even look up my original payment. I emailed him the statement and I followed up shortly after, only to be told that suddenly I do not owe anything at all and that I can disregard the two invoices. What a scam. And next time I go to my primary physician for my lab work, I will insist to go to a separate lab as I do not trust this company.

I received a bill 3 months after I had the service from my Dr and when I tried to make a payment online their website was down. I called their customer support and she initially said it was down because of the weekend so when I clarified that it would be back up on Monday, she said she couldn’t give a definite answer of when it would be back up.

A week later I tried paying online (during the week) and it threw a different error message: “Verify User Error:index was outside the bounds of the array.”

This is a janky website and I do not trust to put my credit card information on it nor the company since they can’t resolve their issues in a week.

Absolutely the WORST company for lab work! 9 months since I had a simply blood draw completed and they have submitted the billing no less that 12 times to my insurance company. My insurance has stated how much I need to pay and they refuse to take any payment. They have no idea what they are doing! Complete Incompetence!!

Wow Jaime gave me such incredible service 11/10 would highly recommend! She was so friendly and personable and kind and made scheduling and the whole process so easy for me. Don’t know if all employees are as awesome, but Jaime was freaking amazing would highly recommend!

On August 04, 2020 my wife and I came to Innovative Health Diagnostics for lab work. Platelet level was 32 according to their CBC c Differential. My wife received the results through the coordinator, Deborah Valenzuela EMT CMA, Dr. Andy Huang never explained the results to my wife. Deborah expressed urgency to seek medical treatment (Platelet level of 32 is critical). My wife is healthy and presents no signs or symptoms of bleeding, therefore she requested a validation of results by repeating the lab somewhere else or by another platelet level test. Deborah stated that this should be addressed by my wife’s primary physician and not by them. They ignored our request to repeat the lab for validation and stated this is a primary care issue. Deborah then insisted she seek medical treatment as soon as possible placing a sense of urgency on us as if she was critically ill. She stated my wife could potentially have a low platelet count due to aplastic anemia, vitamin B-12 deficiency, folate deficiency, iron deficiency, viral infections, including HIV, Epstein-Barr, and chickenpox, exposure to chemotherapy, radiation, or toxic chemicals, consuming too much alcohol, cirrhosis, thrombocytopenia. She is not a physician nor a registered nurse, the physician did not discuss these potential causes with her and instead had an office assistant communicate this potentially critical information to her. My wife has no prior medical problems or complications she is healthy. They dismissed this when we brought it to their attention and instead directed us to her primary care doctor. My wife’s primary care physician performed a work up and consulted with a hematologist declaring their labs as invalid and lab error. After providing all of Kaiser’s documentation and explaining what her primary doctor stated they dismissed our proof of clearance and demanded she receive a full work up from a hematologist of their choice. The amount of time and money they are wasting due to their incompetence of their lab, negligence from their doctor, as well as medical diagnosing office assistant should be illegal.
