One of the worst places to expect results or resolution to their own shortcomings. Over the years, their nonchalance seem to have tripled.

Honestly, this place is not properly run. Most staff (on duty) are not punctual; they come to work whenever and whatever time they feel like, yet this has been going on for quite some time without any check(s).

Patients wait most times for staff who suppose to be at work (but decides to stay away from work) to arrive before they can run certain tests or undergo certain examinations.

What happens in case of emergencies?

Is it equipments breakdown without immediate repairs/replacement/solution?

Just a few minutes ago (today), a patient who requires an emergency attention was take away to another hospital because the supposed staff who is to attend to her has not arrived (as at 11:06 am) and according to a verified source in the building, the said - staff ought to have resumed since 8:00 am.

Although, I don't blame the erring staff, but the Admin or the management who have allowed them to flourish unabated.

There is no value for patients in this facility couple with their poor reception and an uncaring attitude. If you are the type that values your time and have great regards for it, do not visit/patronize them; I repeat don’t visit/patronize them except you are ready to keep marking attendance on several occasions at their place requesting for your test result.

One of the biggest diagnostic centres in Port Harcourt. They carry out a wide range of tests and scans. They seem very organised.

Please do not go to this facility. They do not take the lives of their patients seriously. I did a test there and was told that result would be ready after 2 weeks. At the end of 2 weeks, I returned and was told to come after another 2 weeks. At the end of the additional 2 weeks, I returned again and was told that there is no result and they don't know when the result would be ready. At this point, I threatened to report to the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN) or even go legal. At this point one of the doctors called me personally on phone to ask about my details and the test I did that he would prepare a report. The following day, he sent me a fake report to my Watsap claiming to be the report. I have discarded it as I do not trust the result. The doctor does not need to get details from the patient to prepare report if everything was fine. I suspect the test analysis was not done.

I did not see the other reviews before going to the center, if not I won't have stepped my feet at that place. Before they ranked second in port harcourt now they are the worst in every of their services. What is the Laboratory Council and the Owners doing about this? Or are they not seeing these reviews.

This is a terrible place to go. Please don’t waste your time and money coming here. The Staff do not value customers.I wish I had read reviews before coming here. These people need to be reported to their Governing body or Council.
