I have been going to physical therapy and
“ Tessa” thought I better talk to Dr. Kaitlyn Devereau about having an MRI for my back. The team upfront got me in right away and within two days Dr. Kaitlyn had an appointment for the MRI. She was so great with my husband. That was the first time he got to meet her. The back pain has gotten pretty severe and we were getting worried. She put us both to ease and let us know that I am doing everything right at home. They are all so good to me… I can’t say enough about this team.

I was nervous but attendant was very nice and calm. Took longer to get everything hooked up than anything else. The nurse came in and they started the process. Both the ladies were very nice and encouraged me through the test. It turned out to be a good experience.

I greatly appreciate my Primary Care Doctor & the Clinic. I don't recall ever having any problems at my doctor's office. The staff & doctor's that I have had experience with in this office genuinely care & work hard to resolve whatever medical issues I have as well as involve me in the decision in my care.

The lady I spoke with on the phone was one of the rudest people I've ever spoken to! I asked what price I'd need to pay for the appointment and she replied "do you not have insurance". She told me I wasn't able to get my meds until my appointment, even though my doctor is two months scheduled out, leaving me to wonder what I'm going to do for two months for an hour before I received a text from my pharmacy letting me know my prescription was ready and she didn't even call back to let me know it was sent so if I wasn't texted I wouldn't of known until my appointment. I like my doctor and I didn't think she'd let me go that long without my meds.
