The whole experience was night and day different than health images which is where I've been recently! The intake was easy, the lady who checked me in couldn't have been more welcoming, kind and had a great sense of humor. Robbie (?) my mammogram technician was sweet as pie and very warm and knowledgeable. At health images it was quite the opposite from start to finish so I'll be a very loyal client to you for years to come. Thank you for the lovely experience!

My experience with the Golden office has always been good. The staff has always been well-trained and professional. I have mobility issues and they have always been careful and professional in getting on and off apparatus. I highly recommend them for whatever medical imaging you need done.

Experience at the center was great. However there is no patient portal to receive results which is insane. To receive reports you have to make a request through a third party vendor, which can take over a week. When I called to get images sent to my surgeon’s office, they said that call had to come from the surgeon’s office. Receiving reports and getting images sent should NOT be this difficult with current technology.

My experience with Sally Jobe was fine for the actual procedures--the clinical staff were kind and thoughtful. Beyond that, the experience has been terrible. First, I was given conflicting information about what procedures I needed. I was told over the phone I would have two procedures, and as a self-pay patient I was given an estimate for the total. When I arrived I was told that only one of two procedures was on order, no one could explain what happened to the other, but I was told the charge would be the same for one procedure as I was given over the phone for two. Meanwhile, I have been trying for nearly a month to get an itemized bill for my initial screening mammogram. For over 2 weeks I was told by billing that they didn't have it yet; now I'm finally getting one but in a week via mail vs email. Now I have to have a biopsy and am trying to get a cost estimate, and was given FOUR numbers that I myself have to call. The "patient care coordinator" role is apparently to tell me to call 3 other numbers. This whole emotional and scary experience has been made far worse by an utterly inefficient and "pass the buck" back office approach.

Paula, the tech, is the kindest person. I seem to have her when I come. I am one lucky lady to have such genuine care. I had a Paula when I had an ultrasound and she was just has compassionate. Thank you so much to the staff…from the check in process to the appointment, I had amazing care!

The staff is exceptional and friendly. Dr. Ebersole is compassionate and excellent at explaining what his findings where and why. He puts you at ease while explaining what the next step is.
