As a user for many years, the SF is surprisingly capable. I know it's strengths are Euro but it's great on Asian and decent on Domestic as well. Support is top notch and has helped me out of a jam more than once. Overall a great company that's easy to work with. I even have their power supply! 5 stars!!

Atlantic Euro Cars has been using our Iscan now for 2 plus years. It is the best tool we have and it has helped us diagnose tons of Euro make problems. We are a small Euro Shop in rural Canada and the I Scan’s Support on Demand service is invaluable to providing with both programming and diagnostic assistance in the shop. Our shop can’t possibly be experts on every make and every model in the Euro market but the I Scan SOD program provides us the support we need to complete most diagnostic, coding and programming requirements with the Euro brands in our area.

Eric Edberg and the staff at I Scan are very responsive, are quick to answer questions and offer help. I have never once thought" if they would just call me back". Can’t recommend this company and their products enough. The Iscan Team is the best and I eagerly await the opportunity to try our new Iscan NX

Mega Happy with my SF and support team SOD(SERVICE ON DEMAND) is outstanding every time I use them. No Contenders, I have Autel and Topdon and wait for support with them is an impossible mission. Iscan never let me wait longer the an hour and time is money. Love them.

at the time of purchase they told me that we can upgrade the machine so it will read the codes . I have called several times and I have been ignored . so we bought a $2900 box just for some one else to be able to code as a patch cable. The quality is great the service been great Had a defective box they replace it but I will they honor what they said and let us upgrade . I have used their tools and still have a box I bought from Baum tools still works.

This company has horrible customer service. I had an issue with my iscan II where a free firmware update wiped out my BMW programming software. They could not resolve the issue and were trying to get me to update the unit instead of fixing the issue. I was waiting for a resolution on my old unit before I purchased the new iscan 3, but they were trying to get me to upgrade instead of just taking care of the customer. I purchased it solely for the BMW programming functions and I dont have it anymore. Autologic has the best customer service and they will continue to get my business. Buyer beware.

5 stars isn't really good enough for the help and support I got from Eric Edberg this week. I'm a new customer and just got my Iscan SF. Eric took the time to go over everything with me and had answers to all of my questions as soon as I asked them. He really knows his stuff. The tool itself is very quick and so far has been perfect. Would highly recommend Eric and the team with Autoland.

I am a hobbyist mechanic who does all of the maintenance and repairs on my personal cars, and have been branching out to work on cars belonging to friends and family.
As a kid, I spent a lot of time in a shop where my dad would take his cars for repairs. That mechanic used tools developed by Autoland Scientech equipment. When it came time to work on my own cars as an adult, I reached out to Autoland Scientech for assistance with getting some older scan tools working. I was blown away at how responsive the customer service rep, Rebecca, was willing to help me troubleshoot some of the issues that I was having with the tools. Rebecca was extremely knowledgeable about their products and went well out of her way to make sure that I had all of the resources that I needed.
As my mechanic hobby grows and as the cars that I work on become more complicated, I will always reach out to Autoland Scientech for diagnostic equipment. Based on the experience that I have had working with them, they want to make sure that you have what you need to do your job, whether you are a professional mechanic or someone just working out of their driveway.

This company is a ripoff. They just take your money and completely mess up your scan tool so you can do anything with it. And they don’t even upgrade the software so when you try and use the tool it does less than what it did before. Look somewhere else unless you want them to take your money.
