I had the very best experience with my salesperson Evan! From the first phone call to inquire about pricing and availability of the vehicle, to answering my questions on his day off, and ultimately driving away with exactly what I wanted. The purchase experience was good, but not great. Although my Sales and Finance persons were accommodating, I did not have an overall inviting and customer first experience. The vehicle is great. However, I didn't realize I needed two new tires until after I got the truck home. Additionally, some features that were advertised online as available features with the sale were not available on my model, such as heated seats and heated steering wheel. Overall, I was satisfied with my purchase and buying experience.
