I have been a customer of Kaiser Permanente in Lafayette, CO for approximately four years. I am ecstatic about their service and care for me.

I went to see my doctor, Dr. Ian Lang, about the possibility of memory loss. My family seems to have a genetic disposition for dementia as almost all of the women, grandmother, Mom, aunts, and my older sisters had it, have it or are starting to experience it. Dr. Lang gave me an in-office test and then recommended an MRI since there is an extensive history of the disease in my family.

I was immediately called the next morning by the doctor that reviewed my MRI. He wanted me to come in for more tests. The MRI did not show an evidence of the beginnings of dementia, however, it did show I had a minor stroke 3 days earlier!

They immediately gave me a CT scan of my heart, lungs and head. They gave me a sonogram of my heart. They provided a heart monitor for a month to track my heart's rhythm. They have provided regular follow ups and blood tests over the course of 6 months. They did this with concern, care and expertise. My only cost for all of this medical attention and tests, was my normal Medicare payments and about $200 in copays!

I am so grateful for the care of Dr. Lang and all of the doctors, nurses and staff that support my health needs. I could not ask for better care! Thank you!

I’ve been doing a rather unusual 12 week treatment plan and today was my last appointment.

I was skeptical to try this, so I tried several other things like medications, but Dr. Kerr-Layton was right! Plus the staff of nurses there are so kind, helpful and patient that I immediately felt at ease.

What a relief to have this kind of improvement! It’s more than I’d dared to hope for!

I was called in before my appointment time, was made comfortable and the proceedure & process was explained to me and it all went well. Becky and Scott the PA were professional, friendly and very competent in taking care of me.
The only poor part was the Kaiser appointment web site, that with both my PC and I-phone simply would not connect to let me check in or set up check in. It simply stalls with the loading logo spinning away forever...

He was friendly, professional, thorough, knowledgeable, caring, and effective.
