This is hands down the best physical therapy establishment! You get undivided one on one attention. The equipment they have is phenomenal, and the Physical Therapists are top notch. We have done physical therapy here under seven different issues and each time our bodies were restored good as new!! We had a great experience here. I felt nervous about needing to take our newborn son to PT but after his first appointment I felt completely at ease. All of the staff were so kind and the therapists we worked with were knowledgeable and professional. My son seemed to enjoy going and showed great improvement after only a few sessions. I had them work with my Down syndrome daughter and she enjoyed coming to see the welcoming staff and loved the whole place which is spacious and open with smiling people. This is a community in and of itself. Mr. Fish and his wife have created a very special social hub for physical therapy.

My spouse was referred to Kernersville Rehab Specialist for PT for TMJ. We were not sure if they would be able to help but went anyway. We were sure amazed at how much better her jaw felt after just 10 sessions. Tom Fish was excellent at determining what the right course of therapy was and she went from pain in my ears and clicking in my jaw to no pain at all. Highly recommend giving it a try if you suffer from TMJ pain.
