This is the first medical office in years, if ever, that it is great from the time you walk in and come in contact with the first person all the way until you're out the door leaving. Phone booking, appointment reminders by phone and text are the best I've experienced. José is very good as the phone contact. He works well with setting appointments at your convenience and sending out the various reminders.

I did not go to this facility but they apparently handle the billing for my podiatrist. I will no longer have anything to do with them as they have the worst billing. 2 years after I brought my son in, I get a call claiming that it was from "billing." They did not say who they were or for who so I assumed it was spam. Then they texted me with information stating our bill was overdue and would be sent to collections. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY OTHER CONTACT FROM THIS PRIOR TO THIS DAY. They claimed they had sent a bill each month since but that clearly is incorrect as I did not receive anything from them and I doubt the postal service is that bad.
Additionally, I had seen the same doctor and at my last appointment, they stated that I had a balance. I did not receive any EOB from my insurance but I paid anyway. I should not have because I asked for an itemized receipt and was told billing would send me one. That was over a year ago and I contacted them many times and never received anything from them. I still don't know what my charge was from.
Horrible process and service. I can't trust them and will never return.

Great office to visit if your having problems with your health. The office is local and very convenient. Office is up to date clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming. My Dr is professional and met all my expectations and answered all my questions and explained my procedure's to me. I recommend this office.

Worst doctor's experience ever. Spent the last month and a half calling daily to get updates, Each of the receptionists or Medical Assistants swore that I would receive a call that day and for 49 straight days, not one of them called. Each one sounded concerned and said "they" would be the one to call, and they never did. My doctor then quit the practice without any notice. The MA's didn't even know for 3 weeks. Surgery date was never scheduled and each doctor blamed other doctors for "dropping" the ball with my charts. After a month and a half, the 3rd doctor on my chart said that she was not in my network and she could do nothing for me. Stay away from Bellagio. Worst experience ever. I wish I could give negative stars... it was that bad.

Mr. Duarte and staff …let’s just say I’ve never been so warmly welcomed at a pain clinic. Understanding and patient. Very different than typical expectations dictate. Well done team.
