Ever since manatee memorial has taken over certain test are now performed and billed thru them. Its the typical night mare experience you go thru at the hospital always behind on appointments, billed at higher fee schedules, rude customer service from start to finish, they have lost the whole mom and pop experience. Every good things comes to an end.

I have rolling veins that makes it difficult to insert needles. I went for a CT scan and explained that to the nurse. She meticulously checked and not finding one she was comfortable getting on the first try, called in another. She also meticulously searched and found one she was comfortable getting and was successful. I was elated. This does not happen very often. Maria, Lauren and Brittany were excellent and went above and beyond to listen to me and make sure everything was done to not cause distress. I cannot say enough positive things about them! I am just grateful for their attentive and compassionate care!

5 Star Service via’ Outpatient Services Center at Manatee Memorial Diagnostic Center. I had routine Xray’s for my back & neck with Desiree & Amy was my patient representative, they were professional, kind & down to earth as were the receptionist’s & entire staff! MDC Riverside staff are a breathe of fresh air. From the time we arrived, we were greeted promptly courtesy and with a smiling face. The receptionist was patient and clear with her directions. The technician was very professional and kind. I contacted records today and was connected to another helpful upbeat person. The staff’s kind attitude was a blessing to our day. 💕

My first visit for service. The Diagnostic center is located on the third floor. There is covered parking, and an elevator that services all floors.
I found the check-in staff very helpful, and courteous! My purpose was to be sure my appointment was scheduled at the time listed. Glad I inquired; the staff member advised me to wait, she would personally check. The staff member returned in about 5 -7 minutes. She advised me arrival time should be increased by 1 hour. The very kind young lady, also gave me some paperwork to complete, saving time upon my return. To me, that was Excellent Customer service! Told her how much I appreciated her excellent service.

Daniella in MRI was so kind and compassionate! She even skipped her lunch to scan me! Thank YOU!
Also, Michele(?) breast care navigator checked on me even though I did not go with MDC for my biopsy. She is thorough and informative through this breast cancer diagnosis.

I had bone density test 8-4-20 and did not encounter any issues of major concern. It was busy and a bit crowded, but it isn't like they can remove walls and make a bigger waiting area - they have to work with what they have! There are always going to be added clients being sent by doc offices that have to be accommodated as needed. They were friendly, seemed like a lot of staff at reception, and I didn't have to wait an unreasonable amount of time for my appointment. The tech Tracy M was friendly, pleasant, answered questions and was professional & efficient.
