One of worst work experience I have ever entailed- They literally will do everything in their power to have you fired - like making up gossip & lies about you. Scenarios that never took place & make you feel you’re guilty about something that you never did. Just going for a walk on a “break” they look @ it as “suspicious” because I’m walking around the building on my break. I read that I’m not only one. Glad to know I’m not - not worth applying as an employee. Go somewhere else

I’ve gotten two bills from them I had called when I received the first one and they said that they would take my insurance information and use it but here I am a month later getting a notice I own money and I call them and they still had all the wrong information on file along with the correct stuff but never took the old information out. Ugh so frustrating our medical anything these days sucks

This is the WORST, most UNPROFESSIONAL lab I have ever used! I would give zero stars if possible. I sent my blood samples to this lab overnight nearly three weeks ago and STILL do not have results back. I did everything correctly on my end, down to every minute detail, including a very involved blood draw where one of the tubes had to be centrifuged at a local lab. I was just informed that there was a "question about the draw date" (nearly three weeks later). I don't know how there could possibly be a question about the draw date, when there were three tubes that were CLEARLY labeled with every required piece of information, including the draw date. Worse yet is their "customer service", which I have called numerous times. They will not give out ANY information to YOU, the paying customer and PATIENT! And when I called to voice my frustration, I was hung up on by a customer service "supervisor". Absolutely PATHETIC, and I will question the accuracy of my results, IF I ever get them!

I don't think this business is real or legitimate. They are attempting to bil me for labs I did in another state I am local to. In addition, I paid for the labs already. All of this started after the huge medical data leak that happened this year. Be very careful because I think this is a scam.

I didn't have to deal with customer service much as I paid everything online. However, I can say that the website to pay gives you no information. It doesn't let you have an account to be able to see your balance, payments made, etc. I didn't get receipts unless I called and asked for it. I hated having to pay on this bill because of the website so I paid it off early last month. After going back through my records I noticed that I overpaid. I called customer service ,which I had no issues with the service, and was advised that I had over paid by $40 OVER A MONTH AGO. I was never notified of this by phone, email, or mail. If I had not have called I would have never got that money back which is sad. I feel like that is theft from the consumer. No telling how many people just pay it and lose money to this company due to this reason. I hope that I don't have to deal with them again because of how the website it set up and that they would have kept money that I did not owe them if I had not called.

scam company. paid the same damn bill 3x. still sending notices that they are sending me to collections. Additionally you cant send a collection on anyone but the adult patient, not the parent. all doctors need to immediately quit doing business with these scam artists, thieves and bullies. if you cant track your payments received find another line of business.

I've been dealing with these people since March 2018. They sent me a bill, which I paid for with the wrong credit card (mastercard). I immediately called them and asked if I could pay with a different card instead (HSA). They said I could, but I would have to wait to be refunded from my mastercard until the manager was in on Monday. They called me a few weeks later to say everything was taken care of, but it wasn't, because they refunded my HSA, not the mastercard.
We go back and forth for weeks to get the issue resolved, but they never refunded my mastercard.

The manager never calls me to resolve the issue, she makes the people beneath her do it. So now (8 months later) I get a letter telling me they've sent my bill to collections. How? This bill as been paid for 8 months? I'm waiting for someone to return my call, and filing a complaint with the BBB in the mean time.

You can't get ahold of anyone. Their phones are messed up and I just kept getting hung up on after using several different phones. I finally got ahold of one guy who kept yelling he can't hear me then quickly hung up. I got a second notice for a bill I already paid and can't get anyone to help.

I'd also like to add the email address in the receipt is not a real email address. I literally can't get ahold of anyone. The email just kept knocking back as "address not found." This place is a scam.
