Called these guys as I had a problem with my sons car. I highly recommend calling here for any issues before visiting a garage, 4 mechanics and a load of money later, all I needed to do was call Midlands Auto Diagnostics.

We had exhausted local garages and mechanics, even a different auto electrician didn't fix it. Technician came from Midlands Auto Diagnostics and within 15-20 minutes, we were working.

Had an issue with an older alarm and immobiliser system on my late husbands car. Contacted the manufacturers and several alarm specialists with no joy. However on contacting Damien at MAD I was instantly reassured by his knowledge of the system in question. He came out on a couple of occasions and worked to resolve the issues. Nothing was too much trouble and he was able to get the car running for me, teach me how the alarm system worked and even helped me link my phone to it.
I can't recommend Midland Auto Diagnostics enough. Damien was wonderful, with excellent knowledge in addition to being courteous, kind and helpful. Restored my faith in human kind.

Found this local company on line, made contact with them via their contact page.
And from that point onwards they were a pleasure to deal with.
Having struggled locally to find anyone willing to repair my Vauxhall Vivaro for nearly 6 weeks. And being told it needed an ECU, and it was going to be £1000+, and diagnostic's would be £300-500
Damien arranged a car transporter to his unit, and within 36 hours It was diagnosed and fixed at a cost less than £250. Turns out it was a fault on a block connector. Which he repaired, by repining, and filled with dia electric Grease,
I really cannot recommend this utterly professional company enough.
Genuinely a pleasure to deal with, very professional, great quality of work, and incredibly fair prices..

Had an electrical issue on my Seat Leon causing the car not to start. I called numerous garages who were unable to help which left me a bit stuck, but then I found Midlands Auto Diagnostics on google and gave them a call. Damian was extremely helpful , did diagnostic check , informed me of the issues then came back again at no extra charge and reset engine management light , very nice bloke , would definitely use his services again and would highly recommend 100%

Wanted a Ghost immobiliser for my car... (BMW, 535).
Did my shopping around.. comparing prices and systems on the market.
These guy's were fantastic!! After speaking to the Engineer (Damien).
He was able to explain in detail the advantages of the Ghost system and what other services/products were on offer.
So I'm booked to have a Ghost system fitted next week.
We're now in discussion about a starline alarm system for my mercedes sprinter van.
I cannot recommend these guy's enough! Great knowledge and friendly service.. with fair competitive prices.
