Strictly reviewing my experience with the actual MRI. When the MRI tech found out how anxious I was due to my claustrophobia he did everything he could to reassure me and make me comfortable. I’ve had numerous MRI’s but he still talked me through everything he was doing to prep me, assured me he would be right in the next room if I needed anything, and encouraged me and kept me updated during the imaging. Getting an MRI is never a pleasant experience for someone like me but he made it easier to get through.

The people that work there were very polite to me and very understanding and the tech that did my mri she was awesome talked to me the whole time reassuring me that everything was okay cause I was a little nervous but otherwise it went by quick and just before I knew it the test was done ! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone I know

Worst customer experience. I paid my claim. They told me they cannot find the payment. I sent the proof of payment and was on the phone with them for an hour. They keep asking the same questions. The representative does not speak English and cannot understand anything.

It is a scam!!!! Sent my phone a text, I have never ever been there in my life! Talking about “your secure bill”… ridiculous!! Scam! Scam! Scam!

Not good. We may have used it's services. But never received any bill or reminder, suddenly after 6 months received a mail from collection agency. This is stupid. You can just let me know, by post instead of collection agency.
