Went to Milton Martin Toyota last week for an annual oil and filter change. After giving them the keys, I went to the waiting room which is next to the showcase area. They had some complementary coffee, water and snacks for guests to enjoy while waiting. The atmosphere was good being in the middle of the morning and after being with Toyota for 8 years, I know to trust them with not just my vehicle, but my parents vehicles as well. A personal shout out to Freddy Castaneda who helped both me and my parents out when purchasing our vehicles. The service was fantastic as well!

I came in with high hopes of leaving in a 2025 Camry, and Trey made it happen! They heard my requests, understood my needs, and met me 100% of the way. The customer service provided by Trey was exceptional and I’m very glad to have done business with him. He answered every question we had, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the whole car leasing process. This is my first lease, and Trey helped my boyfriend and I with every question we had. The dealership as a whole was very friendly and worked with us in a timely manner. I switched from Nissan to Toyota, and I think it’s safe to say they’ve found a customer for life. I couldn’t be more happy with my purchase!
Also, a shout out to the finance manager. I didn’t catch his name, but he made sure I was getting a fair trade in price and made my monthly payment within my budget. I appreciate his help a TON!!!!! 10/10 from us!!

Excellent experience. Was able to look online what their inventory was and picked a car that was in transit to them. Luis, our sales guy was helpful, but I think more excited than I was. He called me that it had arrived, but had not checked that it was my car and had to call me back to say it wasn't there yet. Overall good experience.
