I didn’t care for this Honda dealership. They didn’t appear to value me as a customer or make any attempts to earn my business. It was a very “take it or leave it” attitude from all parties involved. I purchased my vehicle because I loved the vehicle but the service here is subpar at best. This is the third Honda I’ve owned and was my first and last time bringing business to this location. They didn’t even detail the vehicle prior to my purchase and after I asked I got “ya I guess I can run it through the car wash.” Take your business elsewhere if you’d like to feel like a valued or appreciated customer.

I couldn’t register my car due to a recall issue. The part needed was back ordered with a long eta. Not my fault but nevertheless I couldn’t registered my car with the DMV.
I want to thank Jorge Sanchez (service manager) for resolving my registration issue promptly and effectively. He made my frustration go away, several other dealerships couldn’t help me.

I strongly advise against Mistlin Honda due to their horrible customer service. If you’re dealing with a recall or anything that requires follow-up, prepare for frustration. They will give you the runaround endlessly, and management simply does not prioritize customers. I’ve left multiple messages, but no one bothers to call back. It’s clear they don’t value their customers’ time or concerns. Save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere!
