Had an ear infection and was referred to Dr Bruce Morgan. It took three weeks to get an appointment which I understand. My MD asked me to have them prescribed a medication at the time the appointment was made but they would not do it before the appointment. I was able to get medicine through an outpatient clinic which I found disapointing. Dr Morgan was polite, thorough and listened to everything that I had to say. He had them test my hearing and went over the results during this visit which was good. He set up a follow up appointment with Kelsey.

Great Diagnostic Skills-Professional
I had been to 5 doctors for my problem in 6 months with no real help or understanding of the pain I was in. In 2 minutes, Dr. Morgan had the correct diagnosis and plan of care. Great surgical experience although I was terrified and excellent follow-up care to make my issue was resolved. I would highly recommend.

Very rude staff, and the doctor had the worst bedside manner I’ve ever experienced and that says a lot as I’ve seen him more than once before this and he has never seemed nice. Just disappointed in his attitude every single time.

Dr. Morgan took my tonsils out and diagnosed me with throat cancer. Everything went good. I had heard all the stories about how awful it is to get tonsils out at 58 years old. He did a good job and it was not that bad. His staff has always been very nice to me. I am now cancer free!
