Dr. Sidali! Is the best. I recommended to him 100%.I have never met a doctor who truly loves what he does. He doesn't care how long it takes for each patient to see him. He only cares about listening to you and knowing what each person has. It is a blessing to have met him. I know that the waiting time is sometimes very long, but personally it is worth it.

What impressed me the most is that he followed up with me even after the appointment, checking in on me at home and ensuring I had all the support I needed.

He helped me with my medications, answered additional questions through online messages, and made sure I understood my results. I was feeling so unwell that I couldn’t keep track of my test results, but he followed up diligently and updated me on everything. Even though the continued support and follow-up were above and beyond what I expected.

This review has been over due. My experience with Dr. Mustafa Sidali has been nothing but great. He really does show concern for his patients, he is professional, patient, affable and knowledgeable. However, my experience has a new patient was very unaccommodating by the front staff. During my first time, my appointment was set at around 11am that day. As a new patient, I was not called on my scheduled appointment time where as other patients who came after me were called first. Just recently I send a message to my doctor on the Mychart app asking for a referral and a doctor's note and I still did not get any update as of today. It was very unfortunate that I had to experience longer wait time when I was a new patient.
