I am the owner of a imaging clinic seeking a group to outsource my diagnostic studies. I am disgusted with the way setup went and the way I was communicated with during the entire process. Not only was I blown off after scheduling a meeting the company had called me to set up, but the way the vice president spoke to me on the phone with upmost disrespect. The last words the vice president said to me were "I am the vice president of a company and I'm dealing with reads." and "You're done! Goodbye!" Allan is horrendous to work with. I highly recommend using any other company!

IF YOU PLAN ON USING THEM OR ARE USING THEM FOR OVER READS, FIND SOMEONE BETTER - THERE ARE A LOT OF WAY BETTER OPTIONS, TRUST ME! I FOUND THAT OUT AFTER THIS HORROR STORY. 3 months of taking over 5 days, sometimes 10 days to read and report on just x-rays...The contract states that they are to read them the same day or next day at the latest if there is an issue (typical for overreads). Very horrible company. Petty, bad ethics, no morals. Breached our contract with no qualms and canceled our contract with no notice when I called their issues out to them. They also have very bad radiologists that will miss fractures and not own up to it (a fracture that our provider saw, an ortho confirmed, but they couldn't see). They will then come up with any excuse as to why they will not follow the contract that they agreed to and physically signed. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with for over reads. When I told them all of this over email they called the police on me for "harassment" and "threats" (because I told them they were lucky if they did not get sued) then sent me a last bill. I replied to that Quicken email stating that they did not follow through on their contractual obligations and did nothing to rectify their issues or even try to work with me to find a middle. I called them out when they sent the last email stating "We will no longer be doing your over reads as of today and any in the system that have not been read will be deleted". They then called the police again when I replied to the bill... how are they going to send me a bill, then when I reply stating not to contact me again since they told me not to contact them they call the police? I am the manager at a Diagnostic Imaging Center. I have been using this company for almost 6 years. They are professional, nice to deal with and the quality of their reads is the best I have had. Very pleased with their service.

Asked for a quote. The person calling wanted to know details. I also added the price range that we have been working with in our other facilities. The way he responded was ridiculous. They need training on how to speak, they can deal with accounts later. If this is the way he deals with potential clients, he needs to go to a school where they can teach him manners.
