We highly recommend Dr. K and travel from NM to Scottsdale once a year to see her in person, in addition to regular video consults.

I was going to this office for two years, spent a lot of money on visits with very little improvement. I tried for months to get help with my worsening symptoms, and it was more labs and more visits, which really adds up. The office looks beautiful and it seems they care more about the appearance of the office than the health of their patients. I had appointments canceled and rescheduled with a doctor I didn't know, my prescriptions were often placed incorrectly and I had to run to the office for samples so I wasn't without medication. If I had labs, I had to call and make sure they were received and ask for an appointment. I would not recommend this office unless you are very wealthy and do not mind endless lab visits with no relief.

Dr. Koshaba is amazing and the whole staff treats you like a celebrity when you are there. I thought I was going to die going through menopause. I checked myself into the ER 3 different times only to be told there was nothing wrong with me except dehydration. My knees quit working, my hips wouldn't move, I was having excessive chest pain, my body was on fire and then freezing, the list goes on and on. I met with Dr. K and in a week I felt like a different person. Best decision I ever made.

I paid quite a bit of money, 3000 in labs alone, to treat hormone deficiencies.

When I wrote that I was feeling very sick from the Ozempic, I was advised to eat ginger chews. I was horrified by this advice as my pain had me debating whether to go to the emergency room.

Every time I had a question I was asked to make an online appointment and pay more money and more money and more money. If the appointment ran over, then it was a surprise bill for more money for a running over charge.

My care was not good to begin with And now I’ve spent quite a bit of money and I’m back to square one and will have to start out with a new doctor.

I had zero improvement in the end. ZERO.

The doctor I was seeing is now gone so my question about how to adjust my hormone levels was you—guessed it—a request to schedule another appointment and get more labs.
