After a work injury I came here not loosing what to expect, and hesitant about the process. A few months later and I can confidently say that everyone here knows what they’re doing and are always happy and willing to help. This definitely applies to Dr. Louis and his front desk staffing, and all those who work the Physical Therapy/Chiropractor departments.

Not to mention, they even went out of their way and sent me a condolence letter when my father passed away a few months ago, they truly do care about their patients

I had a fantastic experience at this clinic! Dr. Chi is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, always taking the time to explain things thoroughly. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, making each visit a pleasant one. My physical therapists have been amazing—super nice, professional, and always ready to guide me through every step of my recovery process. They’ve been a huge help in getting me back on track. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for great care and a supportive environment!

Elizabeth on LL floor is very helpful. She was very energetic and kind. The ladies on physical Therapy Semma and her Team are also similar. Always welcoming with simile and helping my dad. All the offices are very clean easy accessible.

The Administrative Staff ( Elizabeth ) was very attentive to the concerns I had. She was thoughtful and patience throughout the visit. Dr. Louis was very gentle and were highly attentive to my pain and concerns. The wait time was a tad bit longer. Hopefully, my next visit will be quick and prompt.

It’s sad news that Lillian doesn’t work with the New York Medical &Diagnostic Center. I’m going to miss her so much. I have chronic pain she always gave me a hug and coffee. She knew every persons names always helping the patients. I never saw her tired or angry. Always decorated the place making it a happy place.Thank you for your support for so many years

Highly recommend! Excellent patient service provided by the Front Desk workers. They are always friendly and on top of their scheduling game. All the chiropractors and physical therapists+ are knowledgeable and genuinely care about improving our back health. Appropriate tests and follow-up maintenance is superb. Look no further! My aching back is all better!

Dr. Gillman was fantastic! He was very informative but simplified things so that I understood exactly what he was saying. My adjustment was great and can’t wait to go back! He is a great doctor of chiropractic!
