From the moment I walked in the door, I was treated with respect, dignity, and, dare I say, love. Zac, at reception, is informed and welcoming, and he has the kindest smile. So helpful because I was a bit nervous. Maggie, the technician (?), held my hand every step of the way and let me know in advance what to expect. The atmosphere is elegant and calming. I highly recommend Newport Diagnostic Center, and had it been an option, I would have given them 10 stars. Thank you!

Everyone was very kind, professional. My appointment was on time. They were very caring They kept checking up on me. I sincerely had a good experience. I would most definitely go back again. They also had very good communication skills which is very important to me, being honest , open and upfront with your patience.

My experience was very good the staff was super nice. I really enjoyed the service and friendliness of the young man at the desk. I don’t remember his name but he was so positive happy and nice. His mother works there also. She was very nice too.

The check-in process was seamless. A very nice young man checked me in. The technicians were excellent! Very friendly and calm, knowledgeable in their processes, and left from that experience feeling that I was taken care of. The icing on the cake was the toilet paper and paper towels! Thank you for not caving to the trend of paper towels that give up the ghost when a few drops of water fall on them. And toilet paper width that leaves half your hand exposed and thinness that you couldn’t use on a baby’s behind. Altogether a fabulous experience!!

Front desk check-in was easy and pleasant. Office waiting area very nice and comfortable. Wait was just a few minutes. CT Technician was super happy, helpful and explained everything very thoroughly. CT scan very quick as they have new machine/technology than other image centers. Great experience.
