I have been here twice now and both times had amazing care. From the receptionists being so polite and sweet to the back office/clinical staff being very kind and knowledgeable. I haven’t had long wait times and I even expected them to be a little annoyed at my last visit because I came in 30 minutes to close but nope, they were still so friendly and helpful and very kind. Definitely will recommend to anybody and will come here for any urgent care needs.

We’ve probably been to this location about 20 times over the past two years. Our primary care physicians can be difficult to schedule with and for minor illnesses or concerns we just prefer to get in and out quick! NGUC is always able to put our concerns at ease and the staff is incredible! We’ve worked with PA Tatiana several times (and many others here from the medical team) and each time I feel satisfied with her level of care. Would recommend 10/10

Greetings Everyone!!!
I came today for a boil in my inner that came out nowhere. I happy to come to the North Georgia Urgent Care. I saw Dr. Haddad, nurse Angel, and front desk coordinator Jared. The team was fabulous. From the time I came and was greeted by Jared with a smile and comfort. Angel was very warm and provided comfort as well. Dr. Haddad was very informative, spoke with kindness, and walk me through everything. Thank you team for everything and giving me relief.

All the staff was super nice but the doctor's only concern was how they were going to get paid. So not professional. The NP was great. But when this doctor came in, they refused to file my insurance worried about should my insurance pay or not. So they not concerned about care they concerned about money so I left in severe pain and elevated blood pressure.

Came here for a bad asthma flair up one day and they did x rays and gave me a breathing treatment and felt way better the next day. The person at the front desk was very nice and helpful even when I was unable to provide all information. Every person that helped was also very nice as well and understanding.

Brought my sick son in, the physician took care of my son with ease and prompt care! I was very flustered because I just moved from another state and didn’t have a PCP yet for my family. Coming here to this location put me to ease once seeing how well they took care of my 3 year old son. From the front desk being kind to him to everyone in the back! Thank you everyone!

Excellent service the front desk lady’s always so nice and are very helpful Dct Tatiana Martinez very kinds helpful and took care of my son’s very well was very concerned about his asthma condition they gave my son a treatment in office my son felt better thanks everyone for your hard work I will always recommend them. Dr.Anothy was the best doctor I was doing the weigh loss program he help me loss over 50 pounds teaching how to eat healthy and exercise.He always answer all my questions was very patience with me.I can not wait to move back to Georgia start the weight program again.He a doctor that goes above his job and my kids always got the best care from Dr.Anothy I hope I spell his name correct.
