If I could, I'd give 0 stars. I've been being contacted by a debt collector on behalf of this place. They don't have my address or the last 4 digits of my social security number correct. Just a name and phone number. They're asking me to pay a debt I've been "Mailed" about but there has been no correspondence to me as (even if the debt was mine, which I have no clue what they're referencing so I don't believe it is) the address is a bogus address to a random house in the middle-of-nowhere Texas. Beyond frustrated and will never use this place if I need anything diagnostic.

Whole hour and still sitting here waiting to go back for my appointment! Other people checking in and going back before me. All this just to get an xray. And then they have the nerve to tell you to be on time.

Worse test I have ever had. Mike was only one when ready to do MRI. Instead of gown I was given a shirt and scrubs ( from stack- told looks like they will fit). He had difficulty getting blood for test. When I requested another person was told he was only one there. He finally went out - called doctor who told him to give me other options - 1 try again to get blood - 2 reschedule ( and I had already drank contact ingredient) 3 just forget part of test and do remainder. Elected to allow another stick - was able to get blood. THEN Mike had to go do test as he was only one !! Came back and finished test!!! When I started to get up was light headed and said wow not going to walk at that minute. Instead of telling me to sit back down - offered to get me water or anything I was told “ you know where your clothes are - right? Have a good rest of your day”. I stood by MRi slide for little until I felt I could safely walk. Got my clothes on and left!!
NEVER would I recommend anyone to use this facility!!!!!

staff is pleasant but it took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get her in to her appt. We had an 11 am appt and she got it at 12.38 pm. they are slow as molasses in January. Hopefully they know what the hell they are doing. My sister was in great discomfort and lots of pain waiting in the room.. The snacks and sodas in waiting room were a nice touch but didn't make up for the extreme wait. I was VERY disappointed in this office. we just left the office because the technician couldn't hit a vein. I've been a nurse for 42 years yrs. I DONT miss. come get me next time. He Was inexperienced. we waited 1 hr and 38 minutes for nothing and my sister in serious pain

Staff is very rude and they lost my referral for imagining twice. When I called to see why it was taking so long they tried to say my doctor did not send them when she did because I was standing there in the office when she did. I will never go there.

Everyone was super nice and loved the amenities during my visit. Was very disappointed that nothing happened because they didn't bother confirming my size prior to the MRI appointment and their older machine only allows for normal sized and smaller humans and I'm very large at 6'4. Should have confirmed and it would have saved an hour wasted of my time and theirs.

I find it very unprofessional for a staff to call me multiple times and state “IS THIS WILSON” and when I ask why you are calling me by my last name, they state “that’s how we address patients”. That needs to be changed ASAP- it’s Poor communication skills!! I’d never receive care from a facility who can’t address me appropriately.

Excellent imaging center for sure!
Location looks very nice and clean.
Staff is kind and friendly accommodating and want to make sure all your questions are answered.I would like to Thank “MARK” for his excellent care during the whole process my test which was 2 hours.

I had wonderful experience with Mark & Radiologist Dr. Fenyes regarding my Barium Swallow X-Ray, I was so anxious, they made it super easy for me & performed excellent.

Newer imaging equipment and no manual paperwork to fill. You are given a tablet that takes you through the check-in and medical history process. very impressive compared to other imaging centers.
