The doctors are nice. The staff is a bit standoffish. They are slow to get equipment and things you need for your health taken care of in a timely fashion. I’ve called multiple times and I’ve gone in person and feel like I’m constantly getting put off. Seems like you’re more of a Number than a patient or a human being.

It’s happened a couple times now and when I do mention it to the doctors, all I’m told is I work with highly credentialed and professional peers.

Dr Tierney refused to see me because I rescheduled an appointment and no showed on a day it snowed! I feel that I have the right to reschedule my appointment I completely understand the no showed but I honestly thought they were either close or running behind no way for me to confirm with the long wait times

I am a current endocrinology patient and I am so disappointed and frustrated with this establishments billing department. I received my 1st of 3 statements for a bill back in the beginning of may of this year. I have been trying to contact them since the first statement in order to pay it in full or at least set up a payment plan. I have tried 7 DIFFERENT POINTS OF CONTACT NUMEROUS TIMES FOR THE PAST 3 months to get in touch with these people so my bill doesn’t go to collections and wreck my credit score. I have not received any response or assistance in satisfying my bill. I have only spoken to 2 people in the past 3 months. 1 who couldn’t help me because she wasn’t apart of the billing department….. that was the number I called so …… and the other person was apart of the billing department but told me I had to pay in full and wouldn’t be able to set up a payment plan or even make a payment on that balance that day if it was under a certain amount. I am typically a very gracious and easy going person/patient. Not many things can make me as angry and frustrated as I am right now with this organization and how negligent they have been with communication and patient services. Looking into opening an investigation and taking legal action against the billing department specifically. They are so quick to send a letter with your balance threatening collections and the right they reserve to decline services to patients if their bills aren’t paid by their next appointment but not quick enough to collect payment themselves? So they would rather send it to collections and sell your debt for pennies on the dollar instead of making the billing department accountable for doing their job.

They are currently remodeling the lab area so it's very chaotic. I was there for labs ordered outside of the clinic physicians. The front staff were polite. The lab technician I had cursed a little which I felt was unprofessional but it wasn't towards me personally but rather the situation with my veins. Still I felt it was unprofessional. The chaos in this place makes it feel unorganized, chaotic, unappealing and anxiety provoking. It just feels like the staff doesn't know what they're doing. This feeling and air shouldn't be in a healthcare setting.

dorctor Harris and her nurses are great, so is the lab staff, they deserve FIVE starts. Howvere, the billing department lady is so rude! 2 stars because of her unprofessionlism (hang up on me, not listening correctly to my needs), and her impatient way dealing with patient. The billing statment is very confusing, be sure to check your billing account.

I was not referred to a psychiatrist (to my knowledge), although that is what I came here for. They did lab work and charged me $700 without billing the insurance I provided for them. Nothing was done that I couldn't have done myself. I came here in good faith looking for help, and I received no useful service. Dr. Chofor was great, but the clinic itself provided nothing and was a waste of time and money. The place is a mess, please seek help somewhere else.

First appointment with Dr Ramadhas went well enough, but the second one a month later has been a joke. They told me to arrive an hour earlier for labs, wrong... I live almost 2 hours away from this clinic and then arrive early when I didn't need to. Then, I end up paying the same amount for an NP than I did for the Specialist AND I was told, you owe us a balance... ummm no I don't, I paid last time. Just ridiculous and unprofessional

Office staff is rude. I do not recommend and I will be finding a new pulmonary doctor in the area.
