I had an MRI done at the Ochsner Medical Center in Kenner, and I was impressed with the entire visit. Very professional staff and very well organized making for a seamless visit. I had some issue finding the correct door to enter the facility, but eventually found the open door on the side of the building. Perhaps better signage would help prevent that in the future. In any event, that did not detract from a wonderful experience!

This is the fastest ER visit I’ve had. I’ve been there several times and it’s always the same. The only time I had to wait was when the computers were down and I was waiting on xray information. Other than that it’s been a pleasant experience. Doctors and nurses are great people who are really helpful and attentive. If you have a problem with them you have to consider that they maybe understaffed or it’s been a busy night for them. Not sure about the daytime. I’ve always had to go in the we hours of the night/morning. Overall it’s fast and you’re always treated with respect and care.

This has probably been the best hospital I have ever been in. They have given top notch care for my mother in law. The ICU is amazing and the doctors there are very kind and thorough. You can tell that they try to put the families at ease here and that they care. They put a lot of work and care into their patients. I have nothing but good things to say about Ochsner Medical Center.

Oschner Hospital & Staff Kenner LA was Awesome in helping me recover from a Asthma Attack along with Blood Pressure not stable they brought me to back in no time length getting me stable also educating as I was being treated for everything going on at the moment.
They checked on me Periodically making me feel comfortable & Pain Free Breathing better too.
Even letting me know when I go home how to keep living a Healthier Life's Journey.

I was admitted as well the Hospital, Food was Good as well even though I was on diet food still had the taste as though I eating Regular Food Cooks There were Excellent.
So Grateful I choose them wouldn't be any other place.
So! Don't pass them by I didn't and glad I choose them because I'm Healed feeling Sooo much better than when I arrived there.

Ochsner - Kenner has always exceeded my expectations. The emergency department is efficient, the nurses and doctors caring and professional. The outpatient departments are easy to find and they are on time. I will drive a little further to go to Ochsner-Kenner!

I had to switch to a new PCP, and I have to say that Dr. Johnson is WONDERFUL. I was nervous about switching, but I'm so glad she's my doctor now. She's one of the most caring doctors I've ever had. She checks in with her patients to see how things are going, and if a medication isn't working, she works with the patient to find a solution. She's easy to talk to. Even when I feel like I'm asking a crazy question, she's always open and never condescending.

I was there to see Dr Paul Phillips for my 2nd visit and let me just say...his staff is awesome! Dr Phillips explained everything to me on both visits and is the best!
He's personable and understands when you tell him your situation.
