Impossible to get hold of anyone on the phone to reschedule. Two days in row over an hour wait and still couldn't get anyone on the phone. Ridiculous and pathetic place. You may just as well close your doors

Had an order for an MRI with contrast, line was inserted in arm for contrast. No contrast was administered. Results are useless, and they can't even squeeze another appointment in within a week after their screw up. Absolutely terrible. Don't go here for imaging if you can avoid it.

I have been trying to make an appointment all summer long. Nobody ever answers the phone, even staying on hold for an hour and there is no way to set up a call back. This is just terrible customer service!

I had an MRI scheduled for 10 pm and the staff was outstanding. From the valet parking attendant to the MRI personnel everyone was kind, courteous, and professional. The MRI process can be overwhelming, but this staff was always concerned with my comfort and gave explanations for every single step in the process. One staff member even walked me to where my car was parked.

I had an MRI scheduled later at night. The staff were polite and helpful. After my MRI I was disoriented and I have been having memory issues (hence the MRI) ; the doctor (Unfortunately I cannot remember his name!) walked me out to the car garage and walked with me for at least 20 min, to help me find my car because it was late, even though he had one more patient for the night. That was incredibly thoughtful. Other than the confusing layout of OHSU, I had a fine first experience here.

Cannot make appt when calling, they just have you leave a message and they will call you within 2 business days. If you are lucky they might call when you are next to the phone. Talk about gambling with ones health.

5+ times more expensive than Tanasbourne Medical imaging center, for the same type of scan. $6,000 for a CT scan Very expensive even after insurance picked up part of the bill. They must be thinking that patients grow money on trees. Totally ridiculous and shameless.

My son has had several scan here. MRI CT Xray. The people are kind and helpful and do their best. My son is severely disabled so getting tests are a challenge.
