Visited the Diagnostic Centre today for C T scan after booking in with the efficient staff I found the whole experience amazing. Was seen In record time. Was attended by two very friendly reassuring nurses. A more senior nurse then explained the procedure in great detail. I felt very confident and safe in their hands. The scan was done with a professional manner. Speedy and again extremely reassuring. Well done to one and all.

Arrived for 9am app great car park.
Receptionist very
friendly and helpful.i was seen on time and the ladies that were doing the scan were exceptional I am claustrophobic and was terrified they were so kind and reassuring that I actually sailed through it. Michele was the main ladie That was with me and I can't praise her enough. Kind and caring.
The other ladies were just as lovely. Would not be scared to go again

Exceptional place . Spotless , fantastic staff . I visited for an ultrasound scan , was greeted by Antonia who was extremely professional and friendly . Liam carried out my scan and was very thorough and put me at my ease . 10/10 level of service here . Thank you .

My Mum had a lung function test here today. From start to finish it was exceptional. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful, a shout out to Danny for making me a lovely cup of tea. The nurse that performed the tests put my Mum at ease immediately, she took her time with her explained everything perfectly and was just so warm and caring. The building is accessible, spotlessly clean, light and airy. Well done to all concerned.

Exceptional, the reception staff were lovely, responsive, kind and courteous, (they could actually teach GP receptionists a thing or two) the staff carrying out the CT scan were very professional, kind and reassuring explaining every proceedure along the way, the CT scan was done efficiently I cannot praise the staff at this unit enough, they are a great example of how things should be done in the NHS well done everyone you can be extremely proud of yourselves, you are stars. ❤️

I attended today with my mum, for a PET scan. Mum also has mixed dementia and is almost blind, so new places can be extremely daunting and stressful. From the moment we arrived to when we left the care that mum and myself received was outstanding. The receptionist was lovely, we only waited a few minutes until a lovely nurse (I can't remember her name) called us through, and was extremely patient in explaining everything to mum, helping her to be calm and comfortable.
I cannot praise this place enough, it is NHS at its best.

Wow.when i parked at this brand new facility i couldnt believe i was in the uk.free parking!clean ,nice peeps,i dropped my wallet there but it was handed to the nice receptionist ?
