Dr. Etemadieh is excellent—very professional, thorough in explaining treatment procedures, and genuinely caring toward patients. Rose and Virginia from the administrative staff are also very kind and helpful. However, my experience with another secretary, Diana, was extremely disappointing. Despite my appointment being scheduled for 10:20, and their own confirmation text stating this, she called me at 10:18, rudely asking why I was late and claiming my appointment was for 10:00. When I showed the text message indicating the correct time to the doctor and staff, it became clear that she had misrepresented the situation, however she was still aggressive. She was unprofessional, raised her voice, and did not even allow me to respond. It’s unfortunate that such behavior is tolerated in an otherwise excellent practice.

Our dentist is amazing!! The absolute best dentist I’ve been to in Orange County and Los Angeles. I wouldn’t trust any other dentist with my family’s dental care any more and don’t mind the drive from Los Angeles knowing we are well taken care of.

Dr E goes out of his way in both prevention and treatment of even complicated matters. He truly cares about his patients and has their best interest in mind.

He has gone to one of the best dental schools in Germany and was able to fix my daughter’s teeth with ease within less than an hour (after after other dentists said it would be a complicated and costly procedure). She hasn’t had any pain ever since. Amazing work!! Dr E is also very kind and great with kids! Highly recommend.

This is the Best Dental office in all Orange County ! The staff is always friendly, courteous, and work with you for any of your needs. It's very clean with tvs to watch while getting your dental work done. The BEST part is the dentist, he is extremely friendly and upbeat. He does excellent work, worked with me in times of being low on money all while making me feel like part of the family over there. I highly recommend them to anybody looking for a dentist or not happy with your current one, you won't regret it.

Dr. Ali is hands down one of the best, if not the best dentist in OC. We are so glad and feel very lucky to have found him. He spent ample time to explain all the details and made sure we understood what needs to be done as well as our options. All the staff were super nice and helpful too and that was not surprising because I believe a great doctor attracts great staff. He is our go to dentist for our family now!

Amazing service! Doctor is super nice, the staff are super warm and comforting. My kids love to go to the dentists just because of how nice everyone is. They’re super on top of dental care as well, checking for any abnormalities every time, not letting anything go unseen. 10/10, definitely recommend!!
