I walked into the office stressing this am that I would not be able to get an appointment and Ashley came thru and got me an appointment within 15 mins so I can get cleared for my surgery. So grateful I never went to an office with that great customer service with that fast service for a scan. She is the bomb and an asst to the company

Very rude people in this office. You can’t ask questions. The technitian is the kind of guy that just give orders, almost yelled at me. This guy expected me to know how to position myself in order to get the X-Rays done.
The waiting time was awful. As well the lady at the front desk told me that I could get the report for my images 2 hours later, that after giving me the look; I have no idea why she was so upset, because I honestly asked her in a very kind way. Anyways, when I came back after the 2 hours she was very resistant to provide me with the results of my images. Very rude! I’m not going back there ever.

The were so accommodating, and you could see the passion an enthusiasm for their job Ashley, Issac and Lizmary made my visit very special from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future

Everything was wonderful from the initial phone call with Lizmary to the check in process with Ashley. The ultrasound tech Rosalinda was very helpful. There was something that stopped me from getting my test done today but they quickly were able to add me on the next day. thank you.

The staff at ODC went above and beyond to help us when my husband got hurt. They were able to quickly work things out with our insurance company and get him in for an MRI immediately. Ashley was wonderful as well as the other staff member that worked alongside of her (I didn’t get her name). Amazing customer service!!

I just want to take time out of my day to talk about how wonderful Tony is. She is what health care should be and she is such a great person. As a nurse I see many staff just trying to get through their day but Tony treated my 90 year old grandma as the queen that I think she is. I wish everyone in health care had her attitude. The whole staff was so welcoming and accommodating to us and I'm so grateful this place is what was recommended by her doctor. I know Tony will be amazing in whatever job she is in. This whole facility is amazing, clean, and respectful of all persons.
